더 리프 코코비치 - 올 인클루시브(The Reef Coco Beach Resort & Spa- Optional All Inclusive)

The all inclusive service is very good, however the buffet doesn’t have many options to choose from and the poolside bar only serves cocktails with less than 1% of alcohol in them.

The hotel is an older hotel. The location is great for access to the beach and walk around 5th Ave. The bartenders and the travel shop/scuba shop were great the hotel maintenance and front desk staff were not the best. We did have issues with our rooms and they were fixed eventually except the king room that we booked was not available and we had to share a double bed. Iit’s an older hotel with musty smells and stuck drawers. The pool closed early on a Saturday night (8pm) but the mariachi/karaoke can play until 11pm and the noise will carry into the room. The kelp on the beach is filled with sand fleas and we came home with over 100 sand flea bites between the 5 of us. The buffet was ok but not worth $45 per day per person.

I love the way yhe people the area and the hotel it’s 4 stars but fit my and my family it’s 5 stars

Nice hotel on the beach . Staff was friendly . Mojitos were good. The buffet food was not amazing , they could do a lot better . I didn’t see any salmon options during my stay , but usually all inclusive always has salmon . Which is standard in my opinion . We were able to check out late for 2 hours $40 American . We were happy about that . Pool water not heated . Hot tub is nice and warm .

The location of this property was perfect! It was an easy and safe walk to 5th ave day or night! Food options were good and had variety. Definitely would recommend staying at this location as couples or family.

Fantastic resort. The staff was very friendly and the customer service was top notch. Good selection of food and drinks. I really loved the coziness of the resort as well compared to a larger resort.

Nice little place. Food at buffet was ok just stuff was always room temp so that was disappointing. Hot pancakes and waffles are what I wanted but it tasted fine. The dinner restaurants were excellent. Also have private dining dinners you can buy. Does have a time share or something that was equal to it there. We did for some free massages. Beach is nice, and the water is nice. Perfect little resort for a weekend anniversary trip.

Hotel appears to be old and has not been renovated in a long time. Also the staff was not very friendly. Not in the restaurants neither on the bar.

The staff and service were absolutely excellent. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Not sure why this resort is the maritime parking lot for coast but all the boats moored directly off the beach certainly blemished any visual connection with the sea. The Leading Vacation staff were rather ubiquitous and everywhere. A minor issue but one did feel surrounded by pressure motivated sales staff.
