服務和環境非常好，類似於一個小型的熱帶雨林。但是酒店規模較小相比於坎昆大型度假村，比較適合情侶。前2晚放假的熱水壞掉了，這種價位的酒店不應該出現這樣情況，酒店也沒有作出補償。食品也不錯

We just got home from our 4th stay at Viceroy Riviera Maya and are already dreaming of our return. It is definitely a favorite for us and it has never disappointed. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed into the unique outdoor lobby to the moment we left, we were completely spoiled. They greet you with the most delicious coconut water & lemongrass tea and cool towels. Paulo (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) took us to our room (nicely and surprisingly decorated for my husband’s birthday), showed us around the beautiful room and patio complete with private plunge pool and outdoor shower, cut us fresh soap (such a lovely touch!) and offered us their welcome tequila! What a great way to start a vacation. From there our vacation was in full effect. We were treated so well at each meal and by the pool/beach everyday. Pepe and Francisco, who we’ve had the pleasure of serving us in the past, made sure our every need was met even before we asked! They anticipate your wants and be sure to go above and beyond. You literally don’t have time to wish for another drink or snack as they are asking so frequently! If you want to lay by the pool, they’ll set up your chairs. Want to move to the beach? They’ll take care of you. It’s truly amazing service. Carlos came to meet us the first evening and then checked in with us each evening after. He’d find us by the pool or at our dinner reservation to be sure we were having a nice time. We treated ourselves to a couples massage and it was amazing! Rosa gave my husband his best deep tissue massage and I throughly enjoyed my relaxing massage with Julio. We were set up outside with a fan above and waterfalls to the side. So wonderfully relaxing! I could write down much more but will leave it at that. If you are considering, don’t hesitate! Just know it is completely chill - no ****** or loud parties - but total relaxation in a lovely setting. I also recommend the all-inclusive package. Totally worth it! We truly love it here and can’t wait until we return.

Nice time at Viceroy. Small resort but nice. Went on a private cenote tour with Danil. Was super cool. He was great!!!!! Resort clean. Jungle like. Spa nice. Staff were great. If there was one fault the pool area needed a hot tub. And in room plunge pools could be heated as well. But we had a nice stay. Food was excellent. Oh and beach is nice to look at but not swimmable really. Great spot for chill vaca.

Stayed in a spacious beach from cabana steps off the white sand. This resort has very few rooms, so if you're looking for quiet, relaxed, and upscale, this is your place. Close to Playa Del Carmen but out of the chaos it gives chill island vibes vs the massive all inclusive. They only allow children over 12, so much more of an adult experience than the screaming family one. Staff were super attentive and the allocated butler attends to your every request through WhatsApp. I'm going to be back.

The best service we have ever had in our lives. Carlos, Juan, Pepe, Oscar all made us feel right at home and well worth the money. The villa was perfect and the entire resort was unlike anything we have experienced. All around great service but the food was also incredible. Heavy handed Oscar behind the bar makes a great Margarita. Thanks for everything fellas, I hope you get to read this and your boss give you a raise!

My family of 4 raved about the Viceroy. We felt very pampered by all of the staff and really loved the small, boutique size of the property. It was definitely Eco Luxury at its finest! We saw lots of animals as well! We felt very taken care of and relaxed from the first few minutes! Wonderful experience!
