A complete rip off! The balcony door of our room blocked while we were still outside. A locksmith had to be called. Upon his arrival I was asked to sign and pay for his work, since there was no one at the reception I had no choice to agree as otherwise we would have spent the night outside. The next morning the receptionist informed us that the same issue happened the week before with another guest! No reimbursement for the locksmith from the hotel, nor from the manager who was contacted by email. Stay away from this place, was never treaded with so much disrespect after travelling for more than 25 years!

We really enjoyed our first stay at these apartments the staff were amazing room clean every other day lift to all floors these a swimming pool and other activities close to bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach there is a mobility scooter hire next door

self catering LOL a toaster thats all, no kettle or tea pot, then again you get wot you pay for, very very noisy road to the front, ask for a room at the back. better still go somewhere else. i wont stay there no matter how cheap, pay a bit more, and read the reviews

Good location beside restaurants and a good supermarket. Enjoyed the stay. Beware that the photographs of the area to lie out as part of the apartment is only in certain ones on the top floor and it is not included in most of the apartments. Room 201 was nice - near the lifts which were not busy. Apartment was small but clean. Cleaners came every second day. TV had a few BBC channels. However they froze intermittently. The fact that the TV can swivel between the bed and living area is good. Wi-fi also dropped frequently in the apartment. Had to ask for a kettle but it was provided free of charge. Two very large pots provided for a cooker with 2 small rings - otherwise appliances and equipment were adequate. Shower was good - small bars of soap provided and wash-up liquid, but no shower gel or shampoo provided. some refreshments left in the fridge. Bath towels were ok but a bit small. Bus to the Airport available very near-bye.

Low quality place. Ants in room(kitchen, under beds, under night table and on the broken couch. This couch is useless for sleeping. Low quality of service on reception and room service. Reception going to lie us about a discount for the quality of room. Moreover room is dirty and don't looks like on the Photos. Meybe owner renovate few room for photos. No air conditioning in rooms.

Location is perfect for a stay in las americas and los Cristianos. We arrived 2 hours before check in, but the man on reception still completed all our paperwork and allowed us to use the luggage room until our room was ready. Room was well equipped with a good selection of utensils in the kitchen, very clean and comfortable beds, plus a huge bonus of a little coffee machine and a welcome gift of some small drinks and snacks. We were only there for 4 nights and think we missed out on a towel change but I didn’t bother to ask as we didn’t need them. Room was cleaned while we were there. Didn’t use any of the hotel facilities but did have a quick look and all looked nice. Could have had more information about hotel facilities like meal times and charges etc. on our last day, checkout wasn’t until 12pm which is absolutely fantastic. It meant we were able to have a relaxed morning and really enjoy the last hours of our stay without rushing. On checkout, we were then able to again leave our bags in the luggage store until we left for the airport, which was really appreciated. Staff we encountered were all very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. Disliked · The balcony lights switch off at 11:45pm and we were plunged into unexpected darkness - but we just took this as a signal to go to bed! There is really nothing I can say about this hotel that I didn’t like. Good value for money, great service with the check in and check out, nobody barging into your room at any point (have been in other hotels where maids come to clean at 10am!)

Clean hotel if a bit basic. The staff are pleasant and the location is good. The pool area is nice also. We had to have our breakfast in the hotel next door which wasn't an inconvenience really. Cheap and cheerful, not the ritz but we would stag here again. We had a fridge in our room which was handy also.

A nice, fairly roomy apartment which was clean and tidy. Basic kitchen but since we didn't intend to do much cooking it was ok. Nice touch was the welcome pack of drinks in the full size fridge. Our apartment was described as a 'garden view' but we could actually see the sea (in the distance) and the view from the balcony and roof top solarium was actually very nice. Pool bar and surrounding area was very nice with lovely happy hour cocktails. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It seemed to be in a quiet area but lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Would chose this apartment hotel again.
