GT 비치 호텔(GT Beach Hotel)

The only problem we had with the hotel for the first night of our recent trip to Crete was finding it on one of the three roads in Maleme running parallel to the shore. Some hotels etc had set up direction signs, but we didn't spot one for GT Beach. We might even have driven straight past if I hadn't see a pool & buildings which looked just like the website's picture. Our room was one of four in a single story block, and the closest to the car park, beach etc. Initially the size of the bed made it seem small, but the clever use of space for the shower, basin and toilet allowed us adequate room, certainly for one night. Minifridge and AC included. Other comments: There are recliners and umbrellas on the beach across the road; unfortunately we could only paddle, as the waves meant it was red-flagged. My wife enjoyed a dip in the pool. There is an outdoor bar area, with drinks available from a chiller cabinet via Reception. Breakfast is a buffet in the main building with a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Altogether a good start to our holiday.

Highly recommend! Best quality customer Service, delicious breakfest, quiet place, clean, nice big pool I would definetly come back there with no doubts. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Best regards for all staff from polish people.

Place is great really for the price ,we stayed there for 5 nights ,very quite area ,nice pool ,big rooms ,big balcony ,nice fridge freezer in the room ,very good shower pressure,very close to the beach although the beach is not the nicest in Crete but at least you have a nice view and the sound of the waves being so close .Breakfast is nothing fancy but ok . You are 45 min drive from Falasarna Beach witch I think is the best in Crete ,about 1 h + from Balos beach and less then 1 h from Elafonisi . We stayed in the same area in our holiday but two different places …first was Gt beach and the other one ALL INclusive resort …but really I would rather stay at Gt beach kind of place because is more quite and calm …not so much fuss like all inclusive is .Also staff were nice ,we arrived after 12 am and they left the keys by reception with a map explaining where our room is and they let us swim after 12 am ..obviously we were quite not diving and stuff . Will recommend this place and will probably stay there again if back in Crete

Has been the worst experience I ever had. They ruined my holidays, as all it started with a scam about the room, they lied on booking offering services that do not exist at the property and I complained they said that I could leave (in the middle of the night) The room was not as advertised at all. The pics are fake. I booked a 30mt squared room, with kitchen and washing machine, balcony, private entrance, a hairdryer, none of what they advertised on my reservation was there. The manner of the team is not even deserve a comment. Not cleaning have been done in 7 days, we had to ask once and the service was not even a full one. The very aggressive owner, has attacked us, telling that we could leave the hotel has she was not keen to give us a what we have paid for. We have been living a nightmare, the pics are not the reality. There’s not beach in front, also is not an hotel but a kind of b&b and it is in the middle of nowhere. The staff is very impolite, rude and also is there just 6 hours a day, they do not even give a bottle of water. There is not manager as when we asked the one blonde lady that supposed to be pretended to be a guest to do not help, the day after we resulted very aggressive with an attitude of someone that should be cured in a psychiatric hospital. We have being harassed, the reservation was completely a scam. They should not being listed anywhere as they do not offer any good service, when instead they are just liars and thefts

A parte Eden Viaggi che mi ha dirottato da altro albergo in questo... Il Gtbeach con tutta la comprensione per il personale che cerca di fare il massimo, ma non ne ha capacità. Ci sono ragazzini che lavorano. Il buffet è un disonore alla struttura, poco che a mezzo servizio era già finito. Pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni perchè secondo la direttrice mancava ersonale. Ho scoperto che viene spacciato per 4 stelle, ma in realtà sono 2.

La struttura è costituita da diversi mini-appartamenti costruiti attorno ad una piscina piuttosto grande. La cosa importante da sapere è che non bisogna arrivare qui senza macchina e con l'idea di frequentare solo la spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada. Ci sono ben altre spiagge, davvero bellissime, a Creta! Quindi, se si considera questo come punto di appoggio per visitare la parte ovest dell'isola, non si rimane delusi. Noi non abbiamo capito bene ogni quanto vengano fatte le pulizie degli appartamenti, ma in ogni caso basta chiedere se manca qualcosa o il cambio asciugamani, e si viene accontentati. La colazione è più che sufficiente (yogurt eccezionale), la cena discreta (non è un ristorante ma si può mangiare tranquillamente). L'unico vero difetto che ho trovato è che la cena si può fare fino alle 21:00 e a quell'ora lo staff comincia a portare via tutto. Per essere in una località di mare (e in Grecia) è davvero troppo presto. A parte questo (ma non è colpa loro) lo staff si è rivelato tutto molto cortese e disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 13 al 20 settembre, il buffet molto deludente, scarso e sporco. Il primo e secondo giorno durante la colazione abbiamo trovato capelli nel tortino al cioccolato e un verme nella spremuta d'arancia (fatto presente al personale ma la cosa non è cambiata visto che altra gente ha avuto lo stesso problema i giorni successivi). La cena si presentava con cinque piatti in croce e sempre i soliti due dolci. La camera era spaziosa, peccato che da mercoledì a domenica non ci è mai stata pulita (considerando che lì non si può buttare la carta igienica nel wc mi sembra il minimo che almeno 1 volta al giorno vengano almeno svuotati i cestini.....), se hai bisogno di asciugamani puliti/lenzuola bisogna richiederli direttamente in reception... il personale sembrava scocciato, l'unica che ci sembrava essere più carina era Galyna. Alle 22 la reception chiude perciò se hai bisogno di qualcosa non c'è più nessuno, non c'è alcuna attività neanche per i bambini come invece si legge dai servizi che vengono messi a disposizione e "wifi alta velocità" che non funzionava. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel purtroppo tenuta abbastanza male, la posizione era in mezzo al nulla ma ci ha comunque permesso di raggiungere facilmente le 3 spiagge più belle di Balos, Elafonissi e Falasarna.

Απλά απαράδεκτοι!!! Μέσα σε πέντε λεπτά εκανα κράτηση και ακύρωση και μου κράτησαν όλο το ποσό. Πήρα 5 φορές τηλέφωνο και ζήτησα την υπεύθυνη. Ακόμα περιμένω... Αν νομίζετε οτι αυτή είναι σωστή αντιμετώπιση , επιλέξτε το
