You can also visit downtown Lake Placid which is only 4 miles away. The downtown area has a brewery, wine bar, coffee & gift shop and, an ice cream parlor. You can find plenty of restaurants in that area as well. If you happen to bring your boat you have access to the private boat ramp which is located just down the road from this home. A key card is provided so you can access the park and ramp. We also provide two bicycles for your use so you can explore the surrounding area. If you are looking for more excitement you can visit Sebring and the world famous Sebring International Raceway which is just North of Lake Placid.
