Boggs Mansion

We enjoyed the Executive Suite on the 3rd floor. Be aware that the inn is undergoing some renovations and, while that didn't impact us much, others may feel differently. The wi/fi was a little spotty on the 3rd floor but worked well in the common areas on the first floor and the huge front porch. The best part of our stay was the host, Cyndi. She was attentive but not intrusive and was great to chat with. The ******* listing said there was a continental breakfast but Cyndi gave us a hot breakfast every day. The neighborhood around the inn is about halfway gentrified, but it was close to so many things. We were able to walk to dinner most nights of our stay, and all the north shore museums and stadiums were within about a 20 minute walk. Don't miss the National Aviary across the street in the park.

Fantastic home in an eclectic neighborhood. House is under relatively new ownership and they are still working through a few upgrades/updates, but still very comfortable and quiet. Was modestly worried about parking but that was not a problem for us. The park directly across the street is a plus and the easy walk to Starbucks for 6am coffee was easy enough.
