호텔의 서비스 태도는 매우 좋고, 객실은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 아침 식사는 10유로 정도에 훌륭해요. 프런트 데스크는 매우 친절했고 무료로 짐을 보관해주었습니다.

배정된 객실이 예약한 객실과 일치하지 않았습니다. 저는 더블 베드 1개(실제로는 더블 베드가 하나 있었습니다)와 별도 침대 2개가 있는 4인실을 예약했습니다. 별도 침대 2개 대신 더블 소파 베드가 있었습니다. Trip.com에서는 잘못된 정보를 제공했기 때문에 방을 변경할 수 없다고 들었습니다. 더욱이 우리 중 한 명이 떠나기 직전에 몸이 아파서 참석할 수 없게 된 사실에 대해서도 아무런 할인이 제공되지 않았습니다. 어떤 경우든 이는 호텔의 재량과 인도주의의 문제입니다. 타월은 3명이 아니라 2명용이었습니다. 객실은 호텔 뒤편 주차장이 보이는 끔찍한 전망이 보이는 실내에 있었지만, 하룻밤은 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 객실의 전반적인 청결은 훌륭했지만, 다른 커튼 위에 천으로 덧댄 커튼은 회색이고, 낡고, 구겨지고, 더러웠습니다. 간단히 말해서, 제 생각에는 4성급 호텔에 비해 청결과 품질이 형편없었습니다.

컨퍼런스 프로그램에 따라 2박(120호실)을 묵었습니다. 호텔은 현대적으로 보이지만 상당히 기본적이었고, 주차장이 내려다보이는 객실은 편안했습니다. 워크인 샤워는 오래되어 제대로 작동하지 않았지만 주전자(커피는 보충되지 않음)와 냉장고에 무료로 제공되는 물이 있었습니다. 피사를 방문하는 관광객에게는 시내 중심가에서 너무 멀어서 이상적이지는 않지만 업무에는 괜찮습니다. 아침 식사는 제가 이탈리아에서 본 것 중 가장 형편없는 선택 중 하나였습니다. 다시는 선택하지 않을 것입니다.

Stylish hotel a 20min bus ride from the Leaning Tower. Very comfortable rooms, including spacious family rooms with well-equipped en-suite bathroom (our 11-year-old appreciated the free toiletries!). The receptionist went above and beyond in helping us get there after our van broke down on the Super Strada, and all the staff were fantastically helpful and welcoming. Nice restaurant with good range of meat and fish dishes, plus a delicious vegetarian platter and well mixed cocktails. Would definitely stay again if in Pisa.

Stayed here for 5 nights in April. Hotel was a bit out of the main tourist area, but it was easy to catch a bus and was cheap to use. Room was clean and bed was comfortable although it was a little cold (apparently they’d had a heatwave the week before and switched the heating off, not sure why they couldn’t switch it back on). Breakfast was rather poor with very little choice - no toaster only a press of sorts, breakfast staff were nice though as well as the evening restaurant staff. Reception staff apart from one lady were also nice. On our last night the fire alarm sounded, obviously we dressed and went out, the alarm sounded for around 45 minutes as the night staff didn’t know how to switch it off! When departing in the morning the was no mention od the alarm or an apology!
