Highly recommend! I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car.

Lovely apartment in a picturesque harbour town. We had a great stay at this beautiful family run complex. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable for a family of 4. Good air condition and amenities. Location was also great, only a short stroll to the harbour front where restaurants and bars are plentiful. Agia Efimia is a really pretty town and a great place for exploring the surrounding area of Kefalonia. All in all a very good experience and would definitely stay again.

Ayia Evfimia is the right option when choosing to stay at Kefalonia. Amazing views, beach, great food. About the acomodation, we couldn't be happier. The hosts are amazing and super helpful. At our first day, they gave us a map with several sugestions about places to visit and where to eat. They love the island and that love is contageous!

We have just returned from a fabulous week in Kefalonia and our only complaint is that we didn't stay for two. Although we have been to the Island a few times this was our first time at Alexatos Apartments and hopefully not our last. We had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, a fridge freezer and full size cooker and plenty of pots and pans . You could actually cook a meal here if you wished.......I didn't, lots of great tavernas nearby!! The bathroom was a treat with a rain water shower, always warm water with excellent pressure. Clean towels were abundant. Parking was never a problem as there is space across the road for about ten cars and the apartment is in a nice quiet area. We slept well, very well indeed as this was by far one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in in Greece. All in all a lovely apartment in a beautiful village ran by a truly wonderful lady. Thankyou Mirka and Dionisios for making us feel so welcome.

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato presso Alexatos dal 22 al 29 agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L' appartamento era super pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario, la struttura si trova a circa 200 mt a piedi dal porticciolo e dal lungomare di Agia Efimia. Non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a trovare il parcheggio perché vi è un ampio spazio di fronte alla struttura. La gentilezza, la cortesia e la simpatia di Mirka sono eccezionali. Mi sento di consigliare vivamente questa struttura.

Siamo stati in questa struttura dall'8 luglio al 29 luglio in un appartamento a 200 metri dal mare , pulitissimo, silenzioso e areato, dormivano ,nonostante il caldo, senza dover accendere l'aria condizionata in maniera confortevole.Mirka è stata gentile e disponibile ad assecondare ogni nostro bisogno . Appartamento curato e la pulizia impeccabile ogni 2 giorni. Siamo stati molto contenti di aver soggiornato qui. La posizione è ottima e c'è un comodo e ampio parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Una menzione speciale alla padrona di casa che è stata gentilissima e disponibile in ogni occasione.

Twee weken hier verbleven en we hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. We verbleven in een studio, dus met kitchenette, er is een balkon, airco en een prima badkamer! De studio is brandschoon, en we krijgen om de twee dagen schone handdoeken en ook de lakens van de bedden worden regelmatig verschoond. Mirka is een heel vriendelijke en attente gastvrouw, die ons allerlei tips gaf waar de leuke strandjes zijn en ook dat we gebruik mochten maken van het zwembad van Makis Village! Dit was heerlijk! Ook konden we een parasol lenen voor als we naar strandjes gingen zonder voorzieningen, en we hebben hier dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Alexatos Studios ligt in een rustig deel van Agia Efimia, maar alles wat je nodig hebt ligt op loopafstand, zoals de bakker en de supermarkten. Ook de taverna's zijn allemaal goed bereikbaar. We hadden voor een aantal dagen een auto gehuurd, en er is ruime parkeergelegenheid vlakbij.
