酒店是老牌奢華，裝修設計有點過氣了。房間裝修十分簡易，簡易一定要住升級到奢華房。 酒店飲食十分好，我們是一價全包。酒，飲料全體暢飲，完全物超所值，酒店的餐館景色超美，食物也很精美。 最後提一句，酒店所有餐館晚餐都需提前預訂，十分難定的，建議入住前就預訂。如果沒定，入住後千萬要堅持跟酒店協商，不然日日自助餐是很無趣的。

Lovely hotel, a good 4 out of 5 from me The hotel is impressive looking, especially at night. The pools are lovely and staff great. I was especially touched by the effort Irina, Debi and Demitris put into make sure my partner had a very special 60th birthday at the resort. The hotel group also own a farm which you can visit and enjoy a fabulous meal as part of the package. A sister hotel has a water park which we enjoyed too. Our room was a fabulous location with a little garden leading right out to the pool. It was a little dated but perfectly functional. The swim up rooms looked amazing but i rarely saw people in the water. Not sure how suited they would be for kids. My one frustration was the a la carte restaurants. You have to book 6 days in advance and you are limited as to how many times you can use them. Although the buffet was by far one of the best we have experienced, we much prefer to have an a la carte dinner. We maxed out our booking slots (accepting we would have a handful of buffet meals, but did this before we knew about the hotel entertainment schedule. We had to forgo two a la carte restaurants in order to enjoy the entertainment. Also worth noting for families that one restaurant is only available for 12+ guests and another published on the website is only open in high season so we had a greek, Italian and asain available to us. The hotel has a lovely chocolate shop and does fabulous desserts (although very chocolate based). There is a crepe and waffle place open till 6pm. the buffet closes after mealtimes. I understand the bar offers late night snacks. The drinks are good quality although I have to say the drinks from the long bar by the restaurants are by far superior. Shame there isn’t a lounge area to sit at there. Would I go again, probably. I must admit though the offer at Mitsis with the creperie open til 2am and the a la carte ‘street food’ by the pool is a bit more suited to our tastes.

This was our 3rd stay and I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Me and my husband take an annual break without the children and each year we come back here. All the rooms are incredible, the food is amazing and the staff really can't do enough for you. It's a piece of heaven and we struggle to go to other hotels now because they wouldn't compare. The views are incredible and I love being so close to the sea. There really is nothing we would change. A special thank you to the hotel manager for our incredible room. We are already planning next years trip.. the only downside is having to wait 12 months. Thank you for your hospitality and another incredible stay.

We have just got back from Crete. We stayed one week in this beautiful hotel. Travelling with young kids can be challenging but this trip went incredibly smoothly. The hotel is stunning, very clean and has a lot to offer to families. The food is wonderful; the service is impeccable. It was so very nice to feel well looked after throughout our stay. Amazing experience!

I've just returned from a 7 night stay with my friend. I honestly can't rate this hotel enough. We had an amazing time. The hotel was lovely and clean, food was delicious and the staff were beyond lovely. bar/ restaurant and lovely sun beds in the pool. I didn't spend anytime around the main pool. The rooms were always kept nice and clean. I would strongly advise downloading the Grecotel app and booking the restaurants before you arrive. I was unaware of this, so when we arrived, there wasn't any availability in most of the restaurants before 9pm, which wasn't any good for me, so we didn't get to experience these, but the buffet was fantastic. With regard to the staff, they were all amazing especially Manos in the spa where I had 2 massages and a facial, the best treatments I had by far, he has healing hands. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. Especially when it was my birthday, the hotel had cake and champagne delivered to our room without us ordering it, which is amazing! haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. It was a fantastic holiday and I would go back again. Thank you Grecotel for making my birthday an unforgettable experience.

Having recently visited the hotel, I have to say that I was amazed by the great facilities as well as the clean and comfortable room. I really enjoyed the sea view from the veranda of the lobby bar but what made my experience even better was the friendly service of the staff! Do not omit to visit the city of Rethymno and the Agreco Farm, which are both very close to hotel!

We had a short stay here for the weekend but were surprised of the amazing service from beginning to the end. The kids even had surprise bags on their beds. we arrived late and they offered us to order food from the room service as we were hungry and the restaurant had just closed. the staff were friendly all over. And over all the food in the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurants was of high quality with a wide range of variety. We will be back!

The most beautiful spa the most humble team. I had the best massage of my life and then the best pedicure! So neat and the products were outstanding. I booked another massage for the last day of my holiday after such a positive experience. Manos was my masseuse and I found him polite, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to discuss my need for the massage and any health issues I wanted to be considered and the results said it all. Thank you Hippy Spa. I am already thinking of saving to come back and take advantage of a week long welness package.

We are on our penultimate day at this amazing hotel and 7 days is just not long enough, we really do not want to leave. We feel relaxed and spoilt and wish we had another few days booked. The hotel is beautiful, white sprawling buildings that are tastefully decorated and absolutely immaculately clean. We booked two superior sea view rooms, one for us and one for our teenage sons. They are a great size, lots of storage space, kettle, coffee machine and a fridge that is stocked with soft drinks and water. Each and every member of the team from room service, restaurant waiters and bar attendants are happy and helpful and make you feel welcome, as do the reception desk. Dining The main buffet is great. Lots of variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate in the Italian both lunchtime and evening and had some great dishes. The White Restaurant is excellent, where they serve a choice of two set menu's and we have White Asia booked for tomorrow evening. You MUST book the Grecotel Farm. it's a great experience for all ages, finishing with literally a banquet in the most beautiful setting. Drinks Drinks are all named brands and the bar team will make any cocktail that you ask for, nothing is too much trouble. As it is very early in the season the entertainment is a little sparce however a DJ played one evening, he was superb, violinists last night and a duet are playing Friday. Once the season picks up the entertainment will be in full swing. We will most definitely be booking again, either here or at another Grecotel hotel as the standard is excellent through and through.
