Cozy Studio Cabin Less Than a Mile to Mt. Rainier Entrance.

Rustic, and unique studio cabin in a tree covered property along the Tenas Creek. Less than a mile to the only entrance that's open year-round of Mt Rainier NP. Park entry lines in the summer can get long, and your location gets you closer to the front. Spend your days exploring all that Rainier has to offer. Evenings can be enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit and cooking on the grill. A second cabin is located on the property and can be rented, if available, and more space is needed. The cabin is less than a mile to the entry gate of Mt Rainier. Ashford is a rural and remote community. The power grid and wi-fi can be affected by stormy weather conditions (especially in the winter). If the power and Wi-Fi go down, we encourage everyone to enjoy the disconnect time with family and friends and take advantage of the slow down. We have a wood burning fireplace for heat, and candles to play board games with. Ashford can be snowy and icy at times and chains are required in your car when driving to paradise in the winter.
