WARNING: if you are staying here relying on hotel coach service, they do not run. You rely on public transport. The bus that regularly stops outside often will not stop because they are full. We needed to get a bus to a busier area to avoid missing another bus. Public transport is not reliable!! Otherwise hotel is lovely

We're with a tour group. Rooms and beds are small. Seems to like that in most hotels in Italy. Our biggest complaint is the shower, tiny and no where to put your soap or shampoo. The tiny bar of soap they give you is only good for one shower. The packets of shampoo are ok for short hair, long hair requires both packets. No wash clothes as well. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. No issues with the staff, they are accommodating and friendly. Nice views out the back side rooms but our neighbors said there's a lot of road noise on the front rooms. This is definitely just a 3 star hotel. They are serving breakfast downstairs and it's ok.

Lovely hotel amazing staff very helpful and pleasant and gave us a special last night before we left views are fantastic from the hotel balcony and garden great photos to take day and night shop 5 minutes walk from hotel free shuttle bus into town comes on time lift lovely clean easy to find everything dinner was great every night breakfast is fabulous all you need from hot food to cold food very nice cakes would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel well done all A++++++

Food was shocking, some may even say inedible. It was mouldy and undercooked. The beds are rickety and pillows/mattresses are lumpy. The hotel do not offer a range of food, you get what you are given

The hotel was a bit further away from Sorrento town centre than I initially hoped. However, it ended up being ideal as we had easy access to both Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The bus stop to both locations was literally on the hotels doorstep. The bar onsite was great for cocktails and a couple of restaurants within a couple of 100 yards were great. Special mention to Zio Sam restaurant. Views to due for and the food was devine.

... von der Terrasse aus. Von unserem Zimmer 107 hatten wir Garten- und Bergblick, seitlich war Sorrent und das Meer sichtbar. Mehrere Zimmer liegen direkt an der stark befahrenen Strasse nach Positano und Amalfi. Kurz nach dem Hotelstandort beginnt die Amalfiküste-Panoramastrasse. Das Stadtzentrum von Sorrent ist ca. 8 km entfernt, das traumhafte Positano nur 6 km, beides per Linienbus erreichbar - Bushaltestelle 60 m vom Hotel. Daneben ein Laden (Kleider, Accecoires und Krimskrams), ebenso ein Minimarkt und gegenüber eine Bar mit kleiner Speisenkarte. Wir waren im Hotel Royal Hill 1 Woche als Reisegruppe untergebracht. Das Zimmer war ok, angenehmer Liegekomfort, geräumiges Badezimmer, alles sehr sauber. Im Restaurant haben wir uns wohl gefühlt - freundliche, aufmerksame Servierinnen. Ein Lob an die Küche - als Veggie ist mir der Koch sehr entgegen gekommen. Meine normal essenden Reisegefährten waren auch zufrieden (Wahl zwischen je 3 Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten, Dessert).
