Terrible hotel in an old building with a very old and smelly elevator. The reception is on the fifth floor and there are no facilities at all. Poor breakfast and very expensive parking available on request. The worst of all is the hotel owner who sometimes come in. Not friendly and very arrogant. She lies to protect her hotel and staff. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Está a 15 minutos caminando de la parada de tren piano, que te lleva a sorrento en 5 minutos. Bien ubicado! Recomiendo , lo único a aclarar es que nos cobraron una tasa de turista antes de irnos de la cual no nos habían comunicado, sacando eso, excelente.

We chose to stay at this hotel, which is located about 10 minutes by train (two stops) from Piano di Sorrento train station, and approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is situated right by the sea, high up on a cliff, offering panoramic views. It’s also close to the harbor where boats depart for Capri and other destinations. The staff was helpful in booking a ferry to Capri for us and provided great information about things to do in the area. The hotel was clean, pleasant, and had friendly and service-minded staff. Breakfast was good, and they offered gluten-free options. The view from the breakfast area was phenomenal. We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade from a garden view to a sea view, which we truly appreciated. For us, the beds were a bit firm, but the room we received was clean, fresh, smelled nice, and felt modern. We highly recommend staying here, as we were very pleased with our stay. Got there on the Sunday and without warning got told we had to pay a deposit. On our first night at the hotel one of the rooms we had had bed bugs on the covers, there was also another room with them later on in the stay. We had brown water for our last 2 days and could not shower. Wouldnt reccomend it to anyone

The hotel is fine if you don’t mind your room being 85° F. The AC doesn’t cool. The front desk said it works fine. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy has had perfect AC, so this hotel just doesn’t invest in the things that matter. Oh, and the toilet is next to a wall so I had to use the bathroom in the lobby

Receptionists were rude. We had requested early check in several times but were not accommodated, that is understandable. They stored our luggage in the lobby and when we came back at the time of check in, the bags were moved into our room already. The room I wanted was a twin room, but this room they moved our luggage into was a double room. They never asked me the preferred bed type and assumed, and moved our luggage there too. When I requested to change, they were visibly annoyed, and told me “YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME.” I said I’m okay to wait and I need 2 beds anyhow. Then they told me to wait for the cleaning lady, which made absolutely no sense. The front desk staff relied on the cleaning lady for room availability information?? We also had issues cancelling a boat tour we booked. They did not tell us that we will be charged if we cancel on the day. We were not in the right circumstance to take the boat tour, so we decided to pay as they insisted. Then we were told that they don’t accept card payment. A lot of hassle for a holiday morning. Breakfast was below average. Plates were not clean. The fruit bowls were greasy and looked like they were not washed properly. There were no plates or cutlery at our table, and when we asked for the same, they told us to get it from some other table. The good part is the location. There is a 10/10 restaurant located just next door with a stunning view, called Koral.
