훌륭한 호텔. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 직원은 훌륭합니다. 수영장으로 연결되는 객실은 정말 아름답습니다. 환대에 감사드립니다

리셉션 직원은 무능하고 그다지 유쾌하지 않습니다. 방에 대한 액세스 카드는 1개뿐입니다. 2, 3 또는 4명의 경우 안타깝게도 연중무휴로 운영되지 않는 리셉션에 카드를 남겨두면 모두 함께 나가야 합니다. .두 번째 카드 결제 시에도 단호히 거부합니다. 여행 전 정보를 얻기 위해 호텔에 이메일로 보낸 3개의 메시지에 대한 답변이 남아 있지 않았습니다. 예약 15일 후 3시간 뒤 체크아웃 요청은 받아들여지지 않았고, 이후 408호는 임대되지 않아 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 주차 공간이 너무 작아 저녁에 스쿠터를 타지 않고는 차를 주차할 수 없습니다. 호텔출구는 위험해요, 어린이 조심하세요... 방 단열이 잘 안되어 옆방에서 기침소리가 들리거나 전화벨이 울리는 소리가 들립니다. 오전 7시 풀바에서 음악이 나오네요. 조금 이르네요. . 객실 직원과 수영장 관리 담당자는 탁월하고 매우 유쾌합니다.

위치 찾기가 쉽지 않고 다른 곳들도 좋아요

호텔은 매우 크고 녹색이며 깨끗하며 객실은 편안하고 넓으며 수영장을 이용할 수 있습니다. 청소는 정기적입니다. 평화와 조용함. 추천

I will definitely return to this hotel, it’s great value for money.. the pool is really nice and long so great for a good swim. The rooms are large and well laid out with a big comfortable bed and the bathroom has a shower and a separate bath.. refrigerator in the room, and lock up safe.. worth the extra to get a pool access room as it’s a nice start to the day and encourages the exercise more. Friendly staff, motorbike rental available at reception at competitive rates and a decent size car park.. felt very safe and quiet at night.. happy to recommend this place in the heart of Rawai

we had a nice stay! room-clean, comfortable for family of 4 member staff- friendly room service, cleaning - good around of the hotel- plenty of restaurants, convenience store, fruit selling and other shops

We booked a pool access room and it was amazing. Spacious and clean and comfortable. The pool was great, about 1.5m deep and longer than I expected. It was pretty private most of the time, especially at night. We found it quite romantic to swim under the stars or just sit and gaze upon the starry night sky together. The staffs were helpful and friendly. I randomly asked for a plastic bag to store my slippers and the lady spent some minutes looking for one and gave it to me. There were insects in the room though so you should probably prepare insect repellent or live with it. The room service and restaurant closes at 5pm but you can always just eat outside, there are loads of good restaurants (and a cat cafe!) within walking distance.

Kleines, aber wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit einem traumhaften Pool als Mittelpunkt. Es ist tagsüber sehr ruhig, weil viele Bewohner des Hotels unterwegs sind. Teilweise hat man den Pool für sich alleine. Das Frühstück ist à la carte, lecker und mit Liebe angerichtet. Das Restaurant mit Bar hat bis 17 Uhr geöffnet und ist sehr detailreich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist mitten im Trubel und dennoch, sobald man im Hotel ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Viele Restaurants, 7eleven und shops in direkter Nähe. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel.
