방이 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하지는 않았지만 가격 대비 훌륭하고 저에게는 잘 맞았습니다. 위치가 좋고, 시도해 볼 만한 현지 레스토랑이 많습니다.

안녕하세요. 우리는 방 2개를 예약했어요. 체크인 시간은 오후 2시입니다. 우리는 조금 일찍 도착해서 리셉션에 가서 오후 1시 30분에 체크인이 가능한지 물어봤습니다. 한 아주머니는 무언가를 먹고 있었는데 우리가 리셉션 앞에 서 있는데도 일어나서 우리를 만나러 오지도 않았습니다. 우리 옆에 서 있던 두 번째 여성은 오후 2시까지 우리 짐을 리셉션에 맡기기로 동의했습니다. 우리는 뭔가를 먹으러 갔다. 우리는 오후 2시 5분쯤에 돌아왔다. 그 부인은 우리에게 예약 확인을 요청했습니다. 확인 결과 우리는 명단에 없는 것으로 확인됐다. 몇 번 전화를 한 후 그녀는 우리에게 렌치를 던졌습니다. 그래서 우리는 방이 하나가 아닌 두 개라는 것을 다시 한 번 보여주었습니다. 몇 번 더 전화를 걸었고 마침내 두 번째 열쇠를 얻었습니다. 정원이 내려다보이는 객실... 정원은 없었고, 방의 한쪽 창문에서 무너져가는 건물의 모습과 창고가 있는 초원만 볼 수 있었습니다. 욕실 상태는 최악입니다. 샤워실 타일 일부가 누락되었습니다. 더러운 바닥. 객실은 커튼과 샹들리에의 곰팡이를 제외하면 비교적 깨끗합니다. 17일 동안 침대 시트 등을 갈아주러 오는 사람이 아무도 없었습니다. 다른 방에 있는 친구는 출발 후 3일 이내에 청소 서비스를 받았습니다. 제안에 쓰여진 내용과 달리 완전한 실패입니다. 감사합니다 문안 인사 콘라드

꽤 좋을 것 같아요. 매니저가 나에게 호텔을 바꾸라고 한 적이 없어서 모든 면에서 만족스러울 것 같아요. 가격대비 성능도 좋습니다.

The first room smelled horrible. The staff was nice enough to let me look at 2 other rooms and I picked the least dirty one, but it still smelled of musk and mold. The gym has a beautiful view. There are basic weights but the treadmill is temperamental. There are 2 cute cafés on the street and great thai restaurant down the street. The pool was also decent. If I could have gotten a refund, I would have canceled the booked. This place has a lot of potential if it is cleaned properly.

Заселяли очень долго. До 14.00 вообще не давали никакой информации. В 14.00 поняли, что номера нашего, который мы оплатили у них нет. Начали в спешке искать другой номер. Номер грязный. В частности, диван засаленный. Можно можно было бы отмыть стиральным порошком при желании, но этого не было сделано. Сам номер подуставший. Персонал довольно грубо общался и просил доплатить не понятно за что. Я отказался доплачивать, заявив, что уже оплатил проживание. Тогда сказали, ждите. Ну подождали. Не стал бы рекомендовать данный отель.

晚上衹有保安，經常在打瞌睡，不會説英語。 房間設施中規中矩，空調聲音很大。 對面有一個24小時的711比較方便。

We did not have a great experience here. The pictures are clearly from when it first opened and the place and rooms need a lot of maintenance. We arrived on New Year’s Day at about 9 in the morning. We knew we wouldn’t be able to check in until later but said we would go check. When I went to the desk there was no staff other than one man who obviously wasn’t reception staff as he had no idea about anything.I assume this was because it was New Year’s Day but surely have someone who can do check ins since people are still arriving. I explained that we had a booking but he kept saying they are full and we don’t have a booking. He said we had to ring in advance to confirm our booking. I showed him our confirmed booking and he just kept saying no and saying we have to call someone but did not explain who.He had no English so we were going back and forth with Google translate. This went on for about 40 minutes before he called someone and then said yes it’s fine come back at 4 to check in. When we came back we were handed a key and did not ask anything, all he had was my name so there wasn’t really a checking in process. We had a room with a kitchen. It was below average. It was small, not very clean and there was stains all over the furniture. The table was all chipped and had crumbs and dust as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were hard and the pilllow was non existent. We asked for extra pillows and they said they had none. Our bathroom light was also broke and constantly flickered. We asked to be moved but they said they were fully booked. The balcony was tiny and more just to look out as you couldn’t sit or stand on it. Also the view was literally a building site. Could hear everything outside from cars to building trucks early in the morning. While staying here we also had a woman unlock our door and come in while I was in the room on my own. She looked shocked and asked how long we are here for and I explained two weeks( this was a week into our trip) Its seemed as if they did not know we were there since the check in was so messy. The hallway was also completely flooded the day we were leaving. The only good things about the place was the rooftop pool which was nice and quite with lovely views. It was also in a good location. We did get it for a good price but I think for what it was there are so many other lovely places to stay for similar pricing.
