Very poor customer service from the staff at T Kamala.
I was basically accused of intentionally trying to stay at their accommodation for free.
Without my knowledge or consent a staff member went into my room whilst I was out and took the AC remote. The next morning the receptionist abruptly woke me with loud bangs to the door, calling for me to 'open up now' and told me I must pay. After some time I managed to convince her to call the manager who I spoke with, he then understood that it was miscommunication on both ends. He was very apologetic and asked if I was staying to which I declined as I'd already been made to feel like a fraudster. I wouldn't have wrote this if the receptionist would have apologised, I believe the manager should have insisted she did. The staff working there are young, hopefully they all learn from this.
