$5 a day for parking, which is a bit limited but not too much of a bother. $75 per pet per stay, $100 deposit refunded after stay. room was clean, quiet, amazing for extended or short term stays.

Homeless encampment in parking lot next door, but I felt safe. Lots of easy parking! Room is fine…great for price, clean. Comfy bed!

Customer service was lacking. After an electrical fire on the wall between our room and the hallway, we were never contacted by staff about moving or if our room had smoke or anything. Repairs had to be made in the wall and were done while we were sleeping without prior notice. Hard to believe the lack of concern for their customers.

I was in the 2nd floor and the smoking area was next to the building outside. The smoking smell came to the room all the time when someone was smoking outside. It was so annoying. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm started ringing and we had to go out without belongings. We did not know what was going on at the beginning. IDK how long we waited outside of the building while the fire truck arrived. We were safe around us but those hotel employees still needed to explain us after the firefighter left.

When i checked in i was met by a very pleasant young lady. Very positive and answered my questions very politely. While bringing stuff in on my second day, I was fumbling for my key and the person on duty at the time tapped on the window and let me know he had unlocked the door. Very pleasant stay. Heard the traffic on 17 but not so loud that it caused me uncomfort. Room was clean and neat. Coffee maker was broken so I bought another and left it with them. Very pleased with my stay and will stay there again.

Accepted pets but dirty, door keys not opening doors, back of hotel in park area had homeless living.

Friendly and helpful staff! The suite was roomy and comfy. Loved that they have a coffee maker in the room and lots of fridge space with built in ice maker. The property is near a freeway and next to property that has tall, bright lights. But, curtains were pretty good in blocking out any light, so this is just more a heads up for anyone who likes sleeping with the window open.

Staff was great and friendly, however the overall cleanliness was awful! Hairs, toothpicks, even boogers stuck on the walls.

This is a pretty average hotel with some pros and cons. The iron and phone in our room did not work. The bed was comfortable, The complimentary Kava tea was delightful. There is no complimentary breakfast. The outdoor premises was not clean as the trash cans were always overflowing and trash was on the ground throughout. The staff was very friendly. There seemed to always be someone outside at 2AM revving or idling their engine outside of our room. I think the price was too high for the value and I would not stay here again.
