Good hotel located right near to Airport, cozy beds, strong wifi

I’m very disappointed with their service I honestly don’t understand why they cancelled my booking after trying to contact them and re book I wasn’t able to because it was all sold out. Very terrible and frustrating to experience. I will not try rebooking because of this dishonest behaviour. What a joke.

Foul damp smell in the room Water supply not working in bathroom Morning of departure they changed shuttle plans to accommodate Cabin Crew who needed transportation without telling us which is stressful when trying to travel home . They said “ Cabin Crew” take priority All would have been fine if they had informed us the evening before we would have booked a taxi Eventually they found another driver and car.

The worst hotel in my life. Toilet in the room was out of function, however in 3 days during my stay nothing was done. I asked for a new room, but the staff said the hotel was full. I was forced to sleep with my colleague. On top of that , no one apologised or tried to alleviate the situation. Good thing in all of this, I definitely know where not to go next time

Amazing hotel with accessible airport shuttle. Staff greeted us with so much love and care. Restaurant extremely lovely so much variety to choose from. Amazing swimming pool and gardens. Rooms so clean with all amenities.

We had a wonderful 24 hours at this hotel back in Sep 2022 and wished we'd booked for longer. It was only intended as an airport stopover after arriving late into Skopje and moving into the city centre the next day, but we would loved to have made a holiday of it just staying there for a few days. There didn't seem to be much nearby apart from the airport but that is part of the appeal (you could just relax here away from it all for a while) and the food was excellent with a good range of drinks and everything reasonably priced compared to western Europe. The decor was very modern, including the lovely pool and bar/restaurant area. Service was also friendly, it was an easy pickup from the airport and the taxi arranged by the hotel into Skopje worked well. Hopefully we will be back one day for a longer stay!
