It's such a shame as this review was going to be 5 until 1 hour before departure. As we waited in the gardens for our transfer coach, we were approached twice by owners over pool towels asking to return them the first time we had told them we had not had any. In fact, we had asked for some for the last day as we were late afternoon pick up but did not receive any and used some light cotton ones instead. That was ok, but then approached again, demanding them back she kept saying I clean your room I've seen them you got them, I kept asking where in the room have you seen them as I couldn't think what she had mistaken them for. It got so heated that my husband unlocked our cases in the garden to show them we had not taken them it was ridiculous not only to be accused of being a thief but liers as well it was embarrassing . We were model guests who never moaned paid for aircon safe pool food. I even slipped on the floor in apartments as were lethal when wet but didn't complain. Just went to doctors and ended up in a sling. You need to work on your customer service. We paid over 2 grand for this stay, and we did not need 2 bloody £5.00 black pool towels.

Just got back from Niki Seafront Studios in Petra after a 2 week stay. From the moment of arrival we were met by Niki and other members of her family and made to feel very welcome. We stayed in room number 2 on the ground floor of the studios, which had a sea view and set in the most beautiful gardens. At the rear of the studios are the new suites and the swiming pool, which everyone can use. The sunbeds are the largest and most comfiest I have ever hsd the pleasure of using. The newer suites are run by Niki's son Marios, aided by his brother George and his sons Dimitri and Christos. The pool bar and snack bar are great with hood value drinks and generous delicious food. The place is situated about a 5 minute walk in to town and the beach, so very convenient. However the real stars of this show are Niki and all of her lovely family. Have never been made to feel more welcome. Wonderful people. Highly recommended.
