Always a warm welcome when I stay hear which is a couple of times a year. Jade welcomed me like an old friend and made me feel like comfortable. The hotel is always clean and smells fresh, the room as usual is clean and aired. Plenty of parking and food near buy. I can't praise this hotel enough.

Clean room and spacious. However, table lamp that was permanently on as the switch was broken. Most annoying was BBC One HD having a superb picture, but zero sound! After it was fixed in my absence, TalkSport Radio and Sky News disappeared from the menu!

Stayed at this Premier Inn for a quick trip and had a lovely experience. The room was clean and comfortable, just what you'd expect. What really stood out was the receptionist, Jade. She was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming—made check-in a breeze and even gave some great local tips. A real credit to the team! Would happily stay again.

Checked in late last night with my partner and was greeted politely by Bret on arrival checked in by ccsila who is always a gem on my visits, nice clean reception area and even better room, nice comfy beds and clean bathroom, Would defo recommend.

We received a very warm welcome from the young lady receptionist. Decided to add the meal deal to our bill as it looked to be very good value. The evening meal and next morning’s breakfast were excellent. The restaurant was comfortable and not too noisy and service was very pleasant. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. Although there was no air conditioning a fan was provided and the window opened enough to ensure a cooling draught across the room. As advertised, the bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows in the room. We asked for a quiet room on a high floor and our request was met. There is a convenient shopping centre a few minutes walk away. This location suited us for our trips to Stamford, Nene Valley Railway and Peterborough. Would we return? You bet we will. Work trip, always know what you’re going to get with a premier inn:) the staff were really helpful and the room was fine, housekeeping also really helpful! I enjoyed the breakfast and I appreciated the receptionist giving me directions and telling me where all the places to eat are:)
