This is not a place to stay for holiday makers. It is in the midst of an industrial estate. There was no air con - although it was really warm in the room. The window could only be opened a tiny bit - due to safety, although we did notice that a room on the upper level had opened their window fully!!. I found the hotel really noisy, the doors do not deaden any noise from passing guests.

WiFi didn't work.
Room was filthy, hadn't been hoovered and dust everywhere. Desk was filthy with dried white liquid everywhere which I hope was toothpaste. Window and curtains dirty.
