1. My 1st room was too noisy due to next door (bank) renovation. After complaing to Trip.com, they moved me to another building.
2. The 2nd room has no TV, the side table lamp was not even installed, wires were dangling out from the wall.
3. I asked my towel be change daily, because after the 1st night / 2nd day, the towel was still damp even after whole day i hang it on the rack. BUT THEY DID NOT CHANGE IT. My towel was only change 2 times after complaining at the reception.
4. Checking out - Since I was at another building, the night before I'm checking out, I call the main building. I told them I'm checking out at 8am and asked them to make sure the reception in my building be ready. BUT NO. I had to call them 3 times. They told me to come to the main building during heavy morning rain. By the 3rd time I scolded them and said, I have told in advance. The buildings is 200 meters apart, there is no way I'm walking in the rain.
5. The reception at my building is not always available. The hotel expect people to call the main building and the staff at the main building expect the customers to go to the main building to sorts things out. RIDICULOUS.
6. The hotel gave kettle, but no coffee given in the room. Drinking water bottle never replenish. House keeping is non existence, I asked my room to be clean but they never did it.
The only good thing about the hotel is, its location. Great access to MRT, malls and restaurants.
