Everything perfect especially the bed is very comfortable compared to other 4/5 star hotels. Nice location, very close to the central station. The reception people were nice in general but we did have a moment of bad feelings when checking in: we were trying to figure out all the info on the tablet and the girl at the reception asked very impatiently whether everything was ok; I explained I was looking at the options re pillows etc. and she said those were for regular guests (we are not their regulars of course) which felt a bit wired.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

I was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out. I only requested a room with a nice view, but was pleasantly surprised to get Room 23 with a perfect, direct view of Rynek Square, ideal for watching the fireworks. Truly an unforgettable memory for New Year’s Eve 2025. The room has a classic, older style but was comfortable and well maintained. High ceilings, strong heating, hot water, and full amenities including toiletries and slippers. Check-in was exactly at 2 PM, and the staff were polite and very supportive. Highly recommended for location and experience.

체크인은 간편하고 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치는 편리하지만 구시가지 외곽에 있어서 가격을 조금 절약할 수 있었습니다. 매일 얼음 한 통씩 받을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 유일한 단점은 미니 냉장고였습니다. 작은 전자레인지만 한 크기에 비싼 제품들로 가득 차 있어서 맥주 한 병 넣을 공간조차 없었습니다.

Great apartments very close to the central square. Very clean. Only a short walk to the main square so a good location for access to all the bars & restaurants, however being so close meant there was some noise outside late at night. We had a top floor apartment which was great, but with no lift might not be suitable for visitors who struggle with stairs.

Ottima ubicazione per raggiungere facilmente i punti salienti della città. La struttura è un po’ datata e senza condizionatori e ascensore. Per fortuna le temperature erano accettabili  e abbiamo occupato il secondo piano. Però tutto sommato ci ritornerei per l ubicazione .

장소를 좋아했습니다. 중앙 기차역 바로 옆에 거대한 쇼핑몰과 슈퍼마켓도 근처에 있습니다. 구시가지와 가깝습니다. 아파트는 전자레인지, 요리용 스토브, 기구, 접시 및 냉장고를 포함한 주방이 있는 넓었습니다. 방은 약간 따뜻했지만 (아마도 AC를 작동하는 데 더울 줄 몰랐기 때문일 것입니다) 괜찮 았습니다. 침실은 도로를 향하고 있었고 사람들이 지나갈 때 밤에 약간 시끄러울 수 있었지만 시끄러운 차가 지나갔지만 나를 깨우거나 아무것도 하지 않았습니다. 옷장에도 충분한 공간이 있었습니다. 그곳의 직원들도 우리의 상호 작용 동안 매우 도움이되고 친절했습니다. 추천합니다.

Świetna lokalizacja. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Mimo położenia blisko dworca w pokoju (okno od dziedzińca) było bardzo cicho, praktycznie nie słychać było nic z zewnątrz. Jedyne do czego mogłabym mieć zastrzeżenia, to w przypadku mojego 1-osobowego pokoju w środku nie było żadnej szafy ani szafki, więc zdecydowanie na krótki pobyt.

The stay to the hotel overall is good for what you pay if I will stay to that hotel again?probably I will find something else.but highly recommended.
