The Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order. The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

나폴리 첸트라레역과 매우 가깝고요, 지하철역들과도 가까워서 정말 좋았어요. 다만 나폴리 포르타 놀라나역 쪽에서 가는 길은 분위기가 너무 안좋아서ㅠㅠ 저녁에 호텔 도착하자마자 밖에 나갈 생각은 꿈도 안 꿨네요ㅠㅠ 그래도 다음날 아침에 다른 쪽으로 나와서 돌아다니는데 그쪽은 거리도 깨끗하고 맛있는 카페도 갈 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요😍 짐 맡아주시는 분도 너무 친절하시고 방 안에 에어컨도 빵빵해서 이 가격에 이정도면 매우 만족합니다! 그래도 걱정되신다면 여성분보다는 남성분들께 추천하고 싶어요!

나폴리 센트럴에서 도보 5분 이내라 위치는 정말좋음. 근데 방 개작고 냉장고없고 커피포트도 없음. 에어컨은 있음. 보통 객싱에 커피포트 없을경우 프런트 가서 얘기하면 주던데 여긴 아예 없다고함; 없다고 하는것도 whask 단답형으로 정색하듯이 말해서 내가 뭔 말도안돼는 요구한거처럼 느껴지게함.. 조식도 손님이 알아서 음식 골라 담아가는게 아니라 웬 아저씨 통해서 배식받음. 일부러 눈치보게하려는 전략인거같은데 어차피 대부분 맛도 없어서 크루아상빼곤 다ㄴㄴ 진심 여러 나라 여러 호텔을 가봤지만 이런데 처음보고, 애초에 이탈리아 자체가 개별로라 근처도 안올거지만 여기는 내가겪어본 최악의 호텔로 기억에남을듯

The hotel is in a great location the big complaint was that wifi wasn’t working and first day i let front desk know and he said “ yes we know” and didn’t say if they would fix it or when. Then at night wifi still didn’t work and different front desk guy said to try in five or ten minutes still didn’t work. Then when we left the next day the front desk said it hasn’t worked for a month so very disappointed that they don’t let guests know this not try to resolve this. The room is clean and location is great but just dune expect ANY wifi

The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers. The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite. The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going. The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins. It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well. Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc. I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

Camera bella, peccato che si sentiva un odore sgradevole dal bagno che mi ha svegliato la mattina insieme al ****** delle 7:30 che proveniva dalla sala colazione. Il mio cappuccino non aveva un buon sapore , penso che il latte fosse perso. Però tutto sommato non è male. Ci ritornerei perché la posizione è super centrale es il design molto carino, però porterei con me un paio di tappi per le orecchie 🧐

프런트 데스크 여자 웨이트리스의 영어는 이탈리아식이었고 서비스는 차가웠습니다. 이불과 침대 시트를 추가로 요청했지만 오랫동안 기다려도 배달되지 않았습니다. 방에 전화기가 없어서 아래층으로 내려가 프런트 데스크에 말해야 했습니다. 남자 프런트 데스크 직원은 태도가 좋았고 바로 전화해서 가져다 달라고 재촉했습니다. 아침 식사는 셀프 서비스가 불가능합니다. 웨이터가 원하는 것을 가져다주지만 이탈리아어로 소통하기는 어렵습니다. 너무 많이 주는 것도 싫고, 마음에 들지 않으면 낭비입니다. 호텔 측의 생각이 이해가 안 됩니다. 저희가 그곳에 간 날은 이탈리아 해방 기념일이었고, 전국이 휴일이었습니다. 저희는 구시가지에서 몇 킬로미터 떨어진 곳에 살았고, 영향을 받지 않을 거라고 생각했습니다. 그래서 한밤중에 소음에 잠이 깼습니다. 다른 호텔의 댄스홀에서 10명이 넘는 남녀가 나와 술을 마시고 담배를 피우고 노래하고 춤을 추며 마치 ****처럼 흥분한 듯했습니다. 소음이 너무 커서 창문이 안 닫혀 있는 줄 알았어요. 일어나 보니 창문이 모두 닫혀 있었어요. 창문 방음이 너무 안 됐어요. 새벽 2시가 넘어서야 조용해졌어요.

The stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone . For those who ask about : No built-in safe inside the rooms ,no kittle ,no refrigerator There is air-conditioning, good noise isolation

Nice room clean and good ac wifi doesn’t work very well and a lot of stairs there is an elevator but quite sketchy was hard to figure out how to get in at first but otherwise we enjoyed our stay comfy bed and the owner is very kind
