퍼스, Placer Management Group 근처 호텔

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

위치는 차이나 타운과 주요 CBD에서 도보로 5분 거리에 있습니다. 식당이 너무 많았고 베트남 최고의 얇게 썬 쇠고기 국수를 먹었고 호텔에서 도보로 5 분 거리에있었습니다. 공항까지 Uber를 타고 갔지만 호텔 근처 버스 정류장에서 버스를 타고 공항까지 갈 수도 있었지만 가방이 너무 많아서 Uber를 타기에 편리했습니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이 되고 친절했습니다. 나는이 호텔을 강력히 추천 할 것이고 나는 다음 방문에 확실히 다시 갈 것입니다.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Stayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

4번째 방문인데 이번주에는 조금 실망스러웠습니다. 매번 피지컬 아이디를 가지고 증명해야 하나요? 2주 연속으로 스탭들에게 여권 PDF를 메일로 보냈는데 이번에 또 보내야 하냐고 하니 보내는 것도 안되고 무조건 실물 여권이 있어야만 한다고 하더라고요. 응대하는 태도도 유쾌하지 않았습니다. 잃어버려서 지금 없다고 하니 다른 신분증이라도 있어야한다길래 그 자리에서 캐리어 털어서 열어서 지갑에서 국제면허증 보여주고 체크인 했습니다. 해당부분이 개선될 수 있다면 좋겠습니다. 또 방안에 환기가 안되는건지 체취가 너무 심했는데 이건 뭐 운이 안좋은거니 어쩔 수 없다고 생각합니다.

우리는 2주 전에 미리 예약했고 파트너와 나는 체크인 날짜 후 2 시간 후에 집에 도착했다. 우리는 문종을 울렸고 누군가 우리를 들어오게하기 위해 몇 분을 기다리는 동안 집에서 전화를 받았습니다 (우리는 추운 날씨에 밖에 서있었습니다. 왜 그들이 우리를 들여 보내지 않았는지 모르겠습니다. ) 그들은 우리가 그 밤에 우리 방에 머물 수 없었던 위생적인 이유 때문에 우리에게 말했다. 나는 나중에 들어 오겠다고 제안했지만 그들은 그것을 거부했다. 토요일 늦은 오후 이었기 때문에 매우 불편했고 우리가 위치에 도착하기 전에 연락을 주지 않았습니다. 전화상의 사람은 근처에 머무를 다른 장소를 예약 할 수있을만큼 좋았지 만 전화로 모두 완료되었으며 상당히 혼란스럽고 솔직히 매우 실망했습니다. 내가 그 시간에 도착하지 않았다면 나는 훨씬 늦게 체크인했을 것이고, 이것을 큰 불편으로 만들기 위해 가까운 곳에서 예약 할 수 없었을 것입니다. 그들이 우리를 일찍 전화했다면 이것은 구할 수있었습니다.

효율적이고 정중 한 직원. 매우 깨끗하고 대부분의 다른 호텔보다 훨씬 큰 객실. 괜찮은 아침 식사와 로비 바는 좋습니다. 수영장은 좋은 크기와 좋은 온도입니다. 그러나 더 많은 일광욕 의자가 있었을 수도 있었고, 태양 그늘 우산을 제공해야 할 필요가 있습니다.

혼자 여행으로 영어가 전혀 말할 수 없는 상황에서 예약 했습니다만, 매우 잘 대응해 주셨습니다. 짐을 맡길 때, 체크인과 체크아웃 때도 모두 매우 부드럽게 정중하게 대응해 주셔, 안심하고 숙박할 수 있었습니다! 스탭 분 여러분 미소로 대응해 주셔서 감사합니다! 호텔 자체도 매우 깨끗하고 청결감이 있어, 시큐리티도 확실히 있어서 몹시 좋았습니다! 투어등에서도 호텔까지 송영해 주는 호텔로 이름이 오르고 있는 것이 대부분이었으므로, 투어에의 참가에도 편리했습니다! 룸 서비스에서는 피자를 주문했습니다만, 뜨겁고 크고 맛있었습니다! 또 퍼스에 가는 것이 있으면, 절대 여기에 숙박합니다! 최고의 시간을 주셔서 감사합니다!
