房间描述不明确。服务比较差。还莫名其妙扣费。 The room described not very clear.The service is cheap.And rub your fee from your credit card as much as they want, so be very careful.If you want to Book this hotel.

這個家酒店，位置很好。距離Perth火車總站。10分鐘的路程。在酒吧和美食街James Street的後面，剛訂酒店的時候點評上有誤導，在點評的旁邊地圖寫這距CLAISEBROOK站步行1.1公里。這是完全誤導。離Perth Train Station 700米左右。地段很好，員工服務很好。但是，房間氣味很重。8號男子宿舍有28個床位。遺憾的是衞生間只有一個馬桶，就會產生排隊。只有很吃的起苦的人，可以住。就是申請省讓錢，不推薦任何旅客入住。我訂了兩天還是提前一天退房了。以下是火車總站的照片。旅館就像個礦工宿舍。是我住過最差的酒店。

有桌球，活動室，共享空間豐富，價格便宜，交通便利，適合背包客旅行

地段尚可，離火車站和城市中心十幾分鍾路程，可環境太差勁了，旁邊就是迪廳，特別到週末，要吵到半夜兩三點，根本無法入睡，而且沒有空調，蚊蟲叮咬根本無法入睡。更糟糕的是我明明訂了兩天的床位，我次日遊玩回來後，盡然沒有通知我就換了，該説我床上沒東西以為我走了！！第一，我床上專門放置了我的幾件私人物品，也帶工作人員確認了，有人挪動了，而且我的行李就在床下。還有，拋開一切不説，我有沒放東西你也不能私自將我的床位更換。而且一男一女態度滿不在乎的樣子！這是我去過的十幾個國家當中最差的一次體驗，而且價格不菲，不如多花一倍的價格去離這不遠而環境更好的酒店。

廚房很小，卧室味道很大，床單很臟，價格不低，不建議入住

This hostel is the worst place I have ever stayed. It is basically an abandoned building with some beds in it. It looks nothing like the online photos. All the furniture looks like it was picked up from the side of the street, the walls, windows, doors and ceilings are falling apart, the sinks are clogged with hair and the bedding is revolting. The place is filthy and then they have the cheek to tell you “you can’t wear shoes in the bedrooms!”. The staff are not very friendly and welcoming, they make out like you’re stupid and untrustworthy or they just ignore you. The place is covered in graffiti, some of it is nice wall art but most of it looks like vandalism. It doesn’t feel safe at all. The rooms are loud from the club outside, the squeaky beds and the age old air conditioning units. I cannot believe I paid $52 a night to stay in such a DUMP! The location is the only positive thing about this hostel.

I regret to say that my recent stay at the hostel was an utter disappointment and, frankly, felt like a complete scam. Upon attempting to place my sheets on the top bunk, I discovered a severe lack of support, where I felt as though I was falling through the bed. I then noticed that the supposed support system for the bed consisted of inadequate and broken planks of wood that was falling on the bed below. When I brought this matter to the attention of the management, I was told there is no other bed available, that the hostel was fully booked. I ended up having to book alternative accommodations elsewhere, They refused to give me a refund even though the advertised product wasn’t what I got. It was only after requesting to speak with a supervisor for a refund, who was reportedly out at the bars, that I was reluctantly offered a bed from a no-show guest, whose arrival was uncertain. However, I declined this offer as I had initially been informed that the hostel was fully booked and had already secured alternative accommodation. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering staying there to think twice and explore other options. The lack of proper maintenance, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the management, makes this hostel a place to avoid at all costs. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the necessary changes to prevent future guests from experiencing similar disappointment and feeling like they've been scammed.

This Hostel is very great : localisation, service, organisation… Its « roots » mood make you feel home really quickly ! People are nice, staff is listening to any issues you can have and help you solve it at anytime. There is a backyard which is a really good +. The hostel is clean, kitchen is functional and there are also many bathrooms so no need to wait long to get yourself wash. If you plan to stay in Perth a long time working, it’s the best hostel cause they have long-term availability which guarantee you your bed for a period of time as long as you keep reminding the staff you’ll stay a week more. To sum up, if you wanna stay in Perth for a long period of time, the Hive Hostel is the best.

MOST DISGUSTING OBSCENE PLACE I HAVE EVER STEPPED FOOT IN. Let me set the scene.. there was a gang of teens outside the front of the hostel smoking what smelt like ****. One of the group then proceeded to stand up and ask us if we were staying at hive. We timidly said yes, he then laughed in our faces. As soon as the door opened the stench of **** almost made me sick. We were showed the kitchen where a homeless man was passed out from drug usage . We then hauled our luggage up the flight of stairs to be greeted by the most disgusting room. The bed had multiple bodily stains on , whilst the windows were covered with thick mould. A large mount of rubbish in the corner of the room was the only decor. One of the other customers decided to repeatedly kick my friends bunk bed which caused her to feel sick. Don’t get me started on the bathrooms, I’m sure you can imagine what they were like. After attempting to sleep, which was impossible , we had to check out early in the morning as we felt unsafe. No lockers and no staff on reception to voice our concerns to. Please save your money and do not stay here , you would probably feel safer if you were sleeping on the streets. Never in my one year of backpacking have I experienced something like this. Please do not stay here . Hive you should have ashamed of yourselves

The hostel has definitely improved recently based on past reviews. The whole place is cleaned daily, the kitchen is fully stocked with a free section that is replenished with bread and vegetables often. The staff are always around to help and are strict on rules about cleaning up which definitely helps the place. It's a great environment with a (slightly damaged) pool table free to use.

Me and my parter booked this hostel for 4 nights, as soon as we arrived and walked in the place was stinking🤮 gave it the benefit of the doubt and checked in hoping it wouldnt be bad, had a walk round to see just people lying about out there faces on *****, we we went into our room my first thought was id rather sleep on the street, so disgusting mould everywhere, absolutely disgusting smell, window cello taped together, bed sheets with body fluids all over them, the whole place was actually unsafe to stay in, vile is actually an understatement, we instantly left and booked somewhere else missing out on all the money we had spent on 4 nights there and couldn't get a refund, we took the hit as there was no way we could stay there. Please save your money and book somewhere else this place needs shut down!!

All the staff was trained, and they were strictly following the covid SOP's. I stayed there with my college friends during a trip, and it was an amazing experience. The hostel was at a prime location.

The hostel was near to most of the places like bank, supermarkets and restaurants. We enjoyed a lot staying there and would love to visit again. Everything was maintained by the staff and they were very cooperative as well.
