Descent hotel very clean,food good,drinks not so good.as there is only 1bar open in pool area reception has no bar,plug socket, the hotel is located 15mins walk to any bars or shops,30mins to small beach,tip get there early. .

The door to our room did not open properly couldn't get luggage in and out. A plug set on fire. Luckily we was in the room. Staff did not seem to care on reception at all. Kids club staff mediocre at best. Shower flooded room every time turned on. Cleaners did'nt change bedding just re made beds even when bedding was dirty. Booked a family room it was 2 single beds squashed together and toddler sized bunks squashed up to the single beds, my daughter is 12 and her feet was hanging over the edge of the bed. No room to put clothes or luggage. these rooms are for couples only NOT familys. Our whole party of 9 people was repeatedly sick when eating here. Paid for all inclusive and had to eat out most of the time as the food made us poorly. We like eating out but when paying for all inclusive like to be able to eat in the hotel sometimes aswell. We have stayed in Cyprus before and love it but this was definitely not the experience we wanted after paying over £14,000. The hotel floor was extremely slippy we witnessed multiple people a day falling and banging heads. TUI has been absolutely shocking no response to any of the complaints made just closed the complaint without speaking to us. We did speak to staff multiple times to give the hotel and tui rep chance to rectify some problems only for them to ignore these reports. We have never had a problem staying in Cyprus before and are bound to have the odd miss hap on holiday but this was far too much. would definitely not recommended as a family hotel.

My wife and I stayed here from Aug 23 to 31, and we can't praise Papouis highly enough. Fantastic vacation! Superb staff!

On arrival we was cautious with mixed reviews, however I’d not worry the hotel is very clean, we had 2 rooms as a family of 5 and cleaned daily towels changed every other day, food was a small section than previous trips we’ve had but we ate well for breakfast lunch and dinner. There’s a snack section twice a day ice cream served 3:30-5pm the only bit we didn’t enjoy was the drinks, they was very poor the soft drinks very syrupy very sweet and not good, the alcohol one larger and wasn’t the best and all spirits was watered down and not the best either. The evening entertainment wasn’t great but we have elder children who wasn’t fussed and entertained themselves and there was a games room which was ok. A massive plus to the bar staff very friendly drinks offered around the pool, and meal times and the entertainment guy who does the water sports and bingo etc is hilarious and a great guy. And finally Cyprus itself is amazing plenty to do, very clean and beautiful beaches.

Genuinely the best all inclusive holiday I’ve ever had. All of the staff at the hotel were unbelievable and so friendly. When we arrived at 1am, we received personalised reusable water bottles and they had left a plate of food for us in our room because it was so late. All week, the waiters were so attentive and were always so happy to help. The ‘animation team’ led by an absolute legend called Picasso were phenomenal and Picasso himself is the most incredible, smiley, energetic entertainer we’ve ever met. He really made our week and we hope to return even just for his bingo nights in the future!! The facilities are all amazing and me and my partner cannot fault this hotel or the staff one bit. Thank you so, so much for an unforgettable week in beautiful Cyprus 😊

Myself and my 15yr old son stayed at this hotel for a week. We stayed in a twin room on the 5th floor. It had a sea view and was quiet. The room looked fresh and even though under the bed was not clean, the bathroom and usable space was clean. The shower was great, hand held and rain shower with good pressure and temperature. The food was decent for a three star place. Only thing that could make this better is if they provided a microwave to just warm your food as sometimes due to it being a buffet it was luke warm. Also no ice cream at meal times . I have never stayed in a hotel where this is the case. Ice Cream was only available between 3.30pm and 5pm. The two pools were busy but we always managed to get a sun bed whatever time we went to the pool. Downside to the pool is that during the main heat of the day there was no shade at all. Around 4pm there started to be a little shady area. I’m not a massive drinker but the drinks I had were nice. I liked the San Francisco. There is a lobby bar which is not open. This is a shame as would be nice to sit in the air conditioning of an evening and chill. We didn’t watch any of the entertainment but don’t think we missed out. Overall a nice hotel out of town but walkable to the beach. We walked to a crazy golf place which we both enjoyed. Also went on a boat trip and swam with turtles and did the Magic Dancing Waters Show in Protaras. Only thing you need cash for was the buses. We used the buses a few times. They were 2 euros each daytime and 3 euros after 9pm and very regular. I would go back to this hotel.
