This was a delightful property. Very nice for the price. I hesitated to write an unfavorable review, but, unfortunately, we had an issue with them charging us twice for our stay, and have been unable to get it resolved.
They would not give us a credit card refund at checkout, the time of the second charge. They suggested an international bank transfer. Dispite initial misinformation on my part, they have had the correct transfer code for the last 2 months. I would like to think this problem is due to both a language barrier and confusion over international bank transfer info, rather than bad faith. However, 2 months is too long to wait for this hotel to remedy their billing error.
I will be happy to revise my review once we get our money returned.
