Welcome to Alpha’s Log Cabin, the perfect getaway. Relax in the quiet of the woods on the covered porch and hear the sounds of babbling creek. Step inside and you are greeted by warmth and comfort. The Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa, Wood Stove, Smart TV with streaming services, Board Games, and Books. You will find the Kitchen fully equipped. One Bathroom with a Clawfoot Tub and Shower. Large Loft bedroom with one Queen Bed and Twin. WiFi is provided. A window air conditioner and window fan are installed in the summer months, even though the cabin usually stays at a comfortable temperature. The cabin also has an outdoor fire pit (wood provided) and charcoal grill for your enjoyment. Alpha’s Log Cabin is located five miles from the Historic Town of Franklin. In the area you will find hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking, spelunking, rock climbing and golfing Attractions within the county include Pike Knob, Nelson Sods, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob (highest point in WV) Nelson Rocks (Nation's Premiere Via Ferrata, outdoor zip lines) Smoke Holes, Yokum’s Stables (horseback ride to top of Seneca rocks) Warners Drive Inn and Swilled Dog Cidery.
