더 플로렌스 힐스 리조트 & 웰니스(The Florence Hills Resort & Wellness)

Visited Tuscany for a wedding. We placed our toddler and babysitter in Florence Hills Resort & Wellness, before joining them for the final night. We booked the Deluxe Apar**ent with five beds. Our two-storey apar**ent was modern, clean and very functional. The two large bedrooms (with double beds) both had air condition, and yet another was found in the living room. There was a kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave and a dining table inside, as well as a spacious balcony. Standards were generally high. This would seem an ideal place for a large family, two smaller ones travelling together, or a group of friends. The pool area was the natural place to hang out during the day. This was clean and tidy, with a kiddy pool as well as a deeper one. For our stay there were plenty of sunbeds and generally a chill a**osphere. Close by there was also a small playground. Pelago, the village, is peaceful, cozy and very Italian. There is a tiny supermarket, a bistro, a few other shops and a bus stop - not much more. But the food is great, you find the groceries you need and people are friendly. Although, if you drive anything bigger than a Fiat 500 parking is tight. I recommend leaving your rental at the hotel and walking the 300 meters to get there. All in all, Florence Hills Resort & Wellness is a nice place to stay, in a region well worth a visit. The crew are friendly, the beds comfy and the general impression all over good. I can recommend going here.

Ich hatte einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt im Hotel The Florence Hills Wellness & Spa! Von Anfang bis Ende war alles einfach perfekt. Die atemberaubende Lage in den Hügeln von Pelago bot nicht nur eine malerische Aussicht, sondern auch eine ruhige und entspannte A**osphäre. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich, immer bereit, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Posto incantevole situato tra i vigneti della campagna Toscana, posizione strategica per chi vuole passare una vacanza in pieno relax ma anche visitare le città più belle di questa regione come Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, ecc... personalmente siamo rimasti colpiti dal paesaggio bucolico di Vallombrosa e della sua abbazia situata a pochi minuti dalla struttura. Il Resort è ben organizzato, pulito e il personale è sempre stato con noi molto disponibile e competente. Le nostre camere erano spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. Fantastica la piscina. Super consigliato!!!💯

Pour commencer essayons d’êtres factuels. Un Resort tel que présenté sur trip advisor semble au premier abord super…les belles photos fournies par la direction datent je pense d’il y a quelques années. Ce qui surprend en premier c’est la localisation dans un bled perdu sans charme. Puis arrivés sur le lieux on a l’impression d’une résidence qui a l’air récente mais laissée à l’abandon, dans état de dégradation avancée (abords de la piscine-non chauffée- jaunis) , aménagement de « l’appartement » sommaire et dénué de toute décoration / charme, salle de bain avec de la moisissure au plafond et une mega fissuré dans la douche. Bref on est loin du luxe annoncé dans le nom de l’hôtel et du nombre d’étoile affiché. Ça ne vaut pas plus qu’un 1* voir 2* max. Pour la partie SPA & Welness cela correspond à un sauna et une sorte de hamam pour 4 personnes facturé 15€ l’heure par personne !!! On se moque de qui ?!!!? Pour la partie jardin, des transat défoncés et l’extérieur non entretenu, laissé en friche, avec en prime un cadavre de gros cafard sur la « terrasse » laissé aux soins d’une colonie de fourmis. Bref que du rêve…. Mon avis ? Fuyez ! To begin, let's try to be factual. A resort, as presented on TripAdvisor, may initially seem great with the beautiful photos provided by the management, but I believe they are from a few years ago. What surprises first is its location in a charmless remote village. Upon arrival, it feels like a recently built residence left in a state of advanced decay (pool surroundings - not heated - yellowed), basic and charmless 'apar**ent' setup, bathroom with mold on the ceiling and a huge crack in the shower. In short, it falls far short of the luxury advertised in the hotel's name and star rating. It's hardly worth more than a 1* or maybe 2* at best. As for the SPA & Wellness part, it only consists of a sauna and a kind of hamam for four people, charged at €15 per person per hour!!! Who do they think they're fooling?! Regarding the garden, the sunbeds are broken, and the outside is poorly maintained, left uncared for, and with the bonus of a large cockroach carcass on the 'terrace' left to the care of an ant colony. In short, it's nothing but a nigh**are. My advice? Stay away!"

Buongiorno, sono in questo resort a circa 15 km da Firenze in vacanza, da sola. Ottimi i servizi, la disponibilità in reception e il ristorante. Bello e curato l'ambiente della piscina, spaziose le camere, pulizia al top. E poi ci si sente davvero coccolati, per un esperienza che non ha prezzo!

Struttura progettata per essere una chicca ma purtroppo non viene gestita e curata come si deve. A primo impatto appena entriamo notiamo la piscina verde ….. il cloro lo potete mettere all’interno? Qualche ciotola è tutto cambia il prato bruciato e le camere poco pulite. Si ha un potenziale assurdo perché nn curare la struttura?

assolutamente da migliorare la pulizia delle camere,all'interno della camera assegnataci una puzza orribile di fumo,la signora gentilissima ce l'ha prontamente cambiata ma prima di assegnare le camere bisogna dargli un occhiata,struttura bisognosa di manutenzione prato da tagliare,sdraio fuori dalla camera sporche e rotte

Ho trascorso solo due giorni in questa struttura e mi sono trovata molto bene, personale competente e gentile camere pulite ottima cucina! Ci ritornerò appena possibile perché mi sono rilassata moltissimo. Grazie di tutto

Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!
