Welcome to our new home in Payson, AZ. It's a very clean and cozy home that seats in a nice almost 3 acre lot. There’s plenty of room to play. It is a perfect place to get away from the summer heat. During the winter it has nice hills to play when there’s snow. Sometimes if you’re lucky deer or elk will visit you right in the property. Minutes away from the shops, restaurants, hiking, fishing and other activities. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has a bunkbed with queen at the bottom and twin sized mattress on top and a roll away bed on the bottom. The cabin has one bathroom with a tub and shower. It has a spacious closet with washer and dryer. We have board games, cornhole in the garage and a packman game located in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you need to make a meal for your family. The kitchen opens up into the living room where you will find a comfortable couch and a smart TV. It has an arcadia door that opens up to the backyard and give lots of natural lights.. The backyard has a serene view of the big trees and hills. Super friendly and safe neighborhood, lots of ATV and walking paths. We welcome our guests to 2 cozy bedrooms and a clean, beautifully decorated bathroom. Both beds have SUPER SOFT sheets and pillowcases. :) A water Well is on the premises. Large porch w/ propane blue glass firepit and a propane BBQ. Tables and chairs for outside eating as well. Large front porch has 3 stairs going up. There is a railing on both sides to hold onto and a Watch Your Step sign for your safety. The yard is over 1/3 of an acre, ALL fenced in w/ grass (in the Summer and then leaves and sometimes snow in the winter). Your dogs will LOVE it as much as YOU do! :)Relax in our nice living room with reclining couches, SUPER SOFT throw blankets, and an electric fireplace/heater to curl up to, a 65" Sony TV. Amazon Firestick TV is there for your streaming/watching pleasure. Wi-fi is hooked up and works good. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, a Keurig coffee maker and coffee, a microwave, and an air fryer. A washer and dryer have their own space next to the kitchen. Fire alarms in ALL rooms and tested regularly. All living amenities available for you and your family! Our living room & kitchen areas are newly floored with beautiful wood and new carpet in both bedrooms. All newly painted and decorated. Clean. We are 4 miles from the local corner store/grill. Beautiful drive from freeway to home with pullovers for viewing. This is 2 cabins in one! Enjoy having access to 2 full kitchens and 3 full and 2 half bathrooms. Situated on close to an acre, plenty of parking for all of your toys. With direct access to the trails in the national forest, enjoy time hiking and off roading. Then walk across the street for an amazing dinner at the public golf course restaurant. Of course, if you feel like cooking the kitchen is fully stocked for your use. This cabin has 2 master suites in the main house, along with kitchen, dining area, half bath and a cozy living room with fireplace. Connected to the main house via a game room complete with custom pool table to is the loft cabin.
