Beautiful location, lovely setting, very nice beach with Cristal clear waters, simple but very nice beach bar on site. Nice houses with terrace and amazing view. Looks beautiful on the outside but rooms need major renovation. Outdated furnishings, old furniture. Outdated bathrooms.

Please see pics and reviews on here from Christina K, jobiker and George, as I echo all their views. The positives of this villa were, its location and outside area. We arrived late so didn’t really take in the interior but when we tried to sleep, the smell of mould and damp became apparent. Day 2 and we thought, it may just be downstairs so moved up. Similar there but not as horrible. I went to their store room and got a clean sheet, throw and pillowcases for the bed. I kept flip flops on all the time (even in shower) and only used one bathroom and the pool shower twice to get washed. I didn’t move because by day 3, I really couldn’t stand the thought of them coming in and trying to make it any better because I had absolutely no faith in their cleaning ability. I asked them not to come mid-week to ‘clean’. I decided I’d raise the issues when I left, with the company I booked with (which I have). It’s completely irresponsible of the owners to hire out this villa in the state it’s in and importantly, it’s unhealthy because of the severity of the damp and mould everywhere, as a minimum, please don’t take any children there.

The apartment was perfect with plenty of space, a large balcony and a stunning view.

In March 2022 we booked through their website and prepaid our whole stay for 5 nights in the begginning of August, for the average price of 388,80 without breakfast (i.e. 364,50 on each week day and 405 on each of Friday, Saturday and Sunday), i.e. a price for a 5 or 4,5 star hotel. For this price we were given a flat with broken showers and pull-out hangers, a rusty electrical stove and a dirty fridge with water leakage, rusty hangers, worn out plastic trash-bins (please do see the photos). It was an amazing shock! We ofcourse asked for a better room that would suit the price we had already paid mothns ago. They instead offered us a reduction of 100 euros per night, which was a totally unacceptable offer for the room. By the time they agreed to refund our money, it was already too late to find another accommodation (given it was high-time, i.e. August), which we did on the next day. Instead of refunding the whole amount, or at least the reduced price they had offered, they went along to charge us with the whole night stay! They completely ruinned the 2 out of 5 days we had planned to spend on the island.

The worst room I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but you just can’t stay in a room with a very strong smell of mould . In one of the room you can't even stay for a few minutes from the smell. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Great location with a beautiful beach "on the doorstep". Everything was really excellent, except the cleaningness of the villa: the visible areas were fine but none of the others were done well or thoroughly. Once this is improved it is trully the best choice one could make for Paxos island!

350€ για δωμάτιο που δεν αξίζει ούτε για 100€ , ένα απλό ενοικιαζόμενο δωμάτιο και όχι 3* ξενοδοχείο όπως το παρουσιάζουν. Μικρά και βρώμικα μπάνια, κρεβάτια που τρίζουν και παλιά στρώματα, σκουριασμένη και σπασμένη απλώστρα ρούχων, κρίμα γιατί το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

Son unos apartamentos no muy cómodos pero bien situados. La limpieza estandar (incluida) no es muy buena. Yo aconsejaría contratarla aparte. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Los baños son un poco pequeños y el tema de la ducha está muy mal resuelto porque mojas todo.
