The pillows on the bed are terrible. They were not tradition pillows, but cube-shaped and hard. It was impossible to get comfortable. We discovered the problem at bedtime and thought we could "get by" without contacting the front desk. MIstake. We should have asked for regular pillows.
On the positive, the restoration of this once office building to boutique hotel is amazing. Our room was huge with eight double windows looking out three directions. Blackout curtains worked well at night. Love the themed decor. Color pallet is perfect.

Beautiful older hotel. Lots of character! Large room with super comfy bed. Location is great, right across the street from the PW Merchantile😊

Staff was wonderful from front desk to maid service. Would have liked to have had coffee supplies in the room but at least they had it in lobby. Will definitely be back.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and in a prime location to The Pioneer Woman Mercantile and downtown pawhuska . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable( to the point I wish I would’ve looked to see what kind they were to get one at home) . I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I loved the room and hotel and wished we could have stayed longer, but it was just for a night as we were passing through. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

This hotel is amazing! I would never have expect to find a luxurious hotel such as this one in such a small town! The staff were polite and smiling. The room was immaculate and spacious. The robes were such a nice touch! Can’t wait to come back.
