One of the best experience of resort culture in ramnagar , road from parking to resort was quite adventure try entering during dark in its own , corporative staff , very delicious food , stay was too comfortable and luxury rooms , you can have a great time with your friends and family here

Resort is located at a superb location and journey from parking towards resort by open keep was great…Thanks Team (Salina, Kavita and Yashoda) it was an excellent experience overall… Food, rooms, service, all other activities were great… we enjoyed a lot and thanks again for such a enjoyable experience…

Wonderful experience beautiful property staff is very helpful Front desk staff Sakina , Kavita,Vicky and Hk staff Zakir is very helpful all of the staff is helpful food is delicious and amenities are inside like swimming pool, kids playing area cycling for kids and spa, Disco , adults gaming zone wonderful stay at brys caves resorts thank you will come again

Staff is very humble food is delicious and warm welcome on arrival with aarti tika and welcome drink buransh juice all staff is ready to help for anything and all staff is smiling every time when they meet us whenever and greetings all the time lovely stay here we will recommend this resort

We came here to attend a wedding function it was wonderful stay at brys caves starting welcome to check out everything was great all staff is very helpful lovely team and food was awesome all are the facilities are very comfortable room is very spacious thank you so much team to make us memorable stay

This review just for the way they handle the booking. I booked a room in this hotel 3 months in advance. But just a week before my booking date I got a call from this hotel that they have a marriage event and they cant accomodate my family as it is a private event. They gave me option to stay in a different hotel which is inferior in my opinion based on reasons i booked this hotel (ambience, facilities and services). Got no empathy from them to ruin my plans. If there is a wedding event they must have known that ***y months in advance but they let me know only when there are no decent places left to book. Clearly it is their fault but they didnt offered any better or even similar offer. I hope they can understand my frustation as i am cancelling the booking.

Amazing place to stay , Good food and very Welcoming Staff. Lot of activities to enjoy . Good place to unwind and relax. Amazing Disco place. Special Mention to Gaurav Bhandari and Kavita Tiwari for being the amazing host. Unique Destination to visit with all the facilities.
