Worthless... The worst hotel ever for a 5 star... I would never want my kids to eat or work there. Bad HR, bad management, bad communication and really irresponsible... This place shouldn't have the title as 5 stars but as 5 flats... I'm going to keep sending that btw until you post my main review.

I signed a waiter contract for the Parilio Hotel in Paros on April 16th, 2025, before exchanging dozens of emails, providing all required documents and having 2 hours meeting. They ensured me that I was going to surely work there beyond my criminal record after they had already seen it and I bought new pair of shoes, bus tickets, ferry boat tickets and other stuff that I was going to need there. They cancelled me on 24th 3-4 hours before my trip because of my criminal record. I got half of my tickets money returned but I had already spent 100€ more for shoes and other necessities. They told me that they can't do anything to get my money back and after all that they never communicated with me after lots of emails and messages I sent.... I would advise any other applicants to not pay a cent before signing any contracts but this is what happened to me and I hope no one gets this type of behaviour by the management. P.S. HR was always 2 days late in any process and the manager ensured that his phone is always open for any questions and help we needed and after they cancelled me he was declining each of my calls. We haven’t stayed at the hotel, this is a review of the restaurant. I really can’t fault them on anyting, the food and drinks were delicious. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Staff are knowlegebull and attentive.

While the overall experience was good our stay at the Parilio was disappointing. We were a small group of about 6 couples. The check-in process was incredibly time consuming and inefficient. The rooms are very nice as was the pool area. The food in the restaurant was good. The staff needs better training. There was not sufficient toilet paper or water in our room and the explanation of how things worked in the room was not detailed enough. the staff was polite and was trying to please but the hotel experience was not up to par given the price.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Parilio Hotel in Paros, and our experience was nothing short of dreamy. The hotel and grounds are stunning—chic, understated, and perfectly in harmony with Paros’ natural beauty. Service was top-notch from start to finish. The team arranged seamless transfers, booked activities in advance, and gave us fantastic recommendations for dining and beach clubs. They even organized a scooter rental, making it easy to explore the island. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The pool offered the perfect daytime retreat, with excellent food and drinks, and each morning’s breakfast was delicious, served with warm smiles. Special thanks to Veroni, who went above and beyond—even sharing dining recommendations for our next stop in Santorini, which made our trip there even more memorable. We can’t wait to return to Parilio—it was truly exceptional!

We absolutely loved our 5 night stay here in the Uranus suite! The hotel and room were exceptional but the entire staff really made our stay special. The front desk staff answered our pre arrival emails and then gave us recommendations and Greek lessons too! Both the breakfast staff and Paron restaurant team greeted us by name and with smiles every day. Twice daily housekeeping was terrific and they provided wonderful treats every night. We found the location perfect to visit Naousa for dinners with our rental car. Highly highly recommend!
