PARK PLACE is a tranquil spot for those looking for a home away from home while in Yellowstone Park. We offer a cozy space excellently located up from the Yellowstone River. Here you can rest after your daily adventures in our National Park and forests.Our home has the feel of a cabin in the mountains but with the comforts of the city. We are located within walking distance from downtown Gardiner. The sleeping area is located upstairs with a balcony that opens to lovely views of the mountains. You will love the sound of the river and relaxing out there after a day of hiking or exploring the Yellowstone wonders. The main living area is downstairs (which does include the only bathroom in the rental). There is a small couch and space for eating.Those who love fly fishing are coming to the right place. There is easy access to the Yellowstone River just down the road from our house. Park's Fly Shop is also down the street where they can give you ample information on what flies to be using and what other areas to check out. Depending on the time of year, you might encounter visitors outside your front door such as elk, deer or bison. Bald Eagles and ospreys are often present as well. Welcome to Yellowstone Retreat Rentals! Built in 2021, our two bedroom one bathroom apartments carry all the necessities you need to visit Yellowstone. The apartment is located only four blocks from the historic Roosevelt Arch, the North Entrance to Yellowstone. We are also located a few blocks from Arch Park, which provides grills, a gazebo and picnic tables, and the neighborhood elk that tend to hang out there. With our convenient location, you will also be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. We have BRAND NEW MATTRESSES delivered in April of 2025.As mentioned above, each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a laundry room, washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided (nice for those guests who have been traveling for a bit!). There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide extra blankets, pillows, and sheet sets for the sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, as well as hairdryer and towels provided. We have a full kitchen with a full size oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the basic kitchen essentials are provided along with dish soap. You cannot carry bear spray on the airplane, which is why we provide it for you! It is located above the microwave in the kitchen. Parking in Gardiner can be a struggle - not here! There is one parking spot per unit provided, right in front of the building. There is also a paved handicapped spot right in front of our ADA unit for those in need of it. Some important things to note : *We DO NOT provide cable TV. We have Smart TVs and you have the ability to log in to any streaming service you carry. We have the best WIFI plan available to accommodate our working travelers and those who want to relax with a movie after a long day in the park. *Our air conditioning unit (our AC is not central air) is located in the living room, and tower fans are provided in the closet of each bedroom. *If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend getting a top floor unit. We worked with our contractor to do all we can to prevent noise transference, but these are apartments with two upper units, and two lower units. We also enforce quiet time from 10pm-7am, and no parties are allowed at our apartment. *For our ADA unit: The countertops and cabinets are lower, and there is no under sink storage in the bathroom or kitchen to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs. We are a small family business, and love what we do. We take great pride in our business, and want to provide each guest with a 5 star experience! Welcome to our Cabin with beautiful views in Gardiner. We are located just 2 minutes from the North Entrance of Yellowstone. The road that connects Gardiner to Yellowstone is now OPEN! Enjoy beautiful and quiet stay while being very close to restaurants, grocery shopping, post office, gift shops.We have a security camera on the front door of the property monitoring the outside. We do not have any cameras or surveillance devices in the cabin! We are beyond happy to help you plan your vacation by answering all your questions!
