호텔 드 누베 바이 해피컬처(Hotel de Neuve by Happyculture)

발코니룸을 미리 예약했어요. 도착하기 전날, “기술적인 문제로 인해” 등급이 하향 조정되었다는 메시지를 받았고 그들은 보상으로 무료 아침 식사를 제공했습니다. 이런 일이 일어난다고 생각하지만 기술적인 문제는 호텔이 발코니 룸에서 추가 비용을 벌고자 하는 욕구 때문이라고 99% 확신합니다. 호텔 웹사이트를 통해 예약하면 기적적으로 숙박 둘째 날에 발코니 룸을 이용할 수 있게 되었지만 이번에도 발코니 룸을 제공하지 않았습니다. 호텔 자체에 대해 - 위치는 훌륭하지만 세부 사항에 대한 관심이 부족합니다. 내 방은 약간 낡았습니다. 샤워실에는 빈 비누 용기가 있었는데, 비누 디스펜서가 벽에 너무 높아서 키가 5'7 미만인 경우 손이 닿지 않는다는 점을 제외하면 제가 언급했을 것입니다. 에어컨은 21도에 영구적으로 고정되어 있었고 전원 버튼 외에는 어떤 버튼도 작동하지 않아 온도나 공기 수준을 변경할 수 없었습니다. 그리고 불행하게도 24시간 리셉션은 비어 있는 경우가 많아 이런 것들을 언급하거나 질문할 사람이 없습니다. 침대는 꽤 편안했고, 객실 크기도 파리 치고는 괜찮았습니다. 욕실에는 자체 문이 있습니다. 전반적으로 위치는 훌륭하지만 이 위치에 다른 옵션을 사용할 수 없는 경우가 아니면 권장하지 않습니다.

Very central and near the metro that would take us anywhere in Paris. Small but comfortble. Staff was absolutely 5 stars. Small breakfast but enough to put in the mood for the whole day. Room was also small but very clean. Comfortable and big size bed.

The staff here were pleasant which helped make the stay more bearable, but there were many problems. The elevator not working correctly meant hauling large suitcases up and down the narrow staircase. The room was too hot and the air conditioning didn't work so we had to keep our window open. The Wi-Fi was super slow. At least it is near a metro station and close to attractions so we didn't have to spend too much time inside.

A great, small hotel to stay for a few nights if all you are looking for are the basic amenities and to be centrally located. I stayed there for a week and could have used a few more things to round out my stay.

A few challenges (renovation mostly) completely offset by an extremely friendly and helpful staff and a wondeful location in Marais. Located roughly evenly between two metro stops, it’s surrounded by shops, cafes, boulangeries, and more. It’s a perfect location from which to explore larger paris!

Excellent accommodation to stay in Le Marais, one of the safe place to stay in Paris. Even though the room is small, but it was very comfortable for us. First of all, the location of this property is ideal, close to 2 Metro stations. The second is close to the Seine River where the morning view is very beautiful. Thirdly, breakfast and hot chocolate are available for us really . Fourth, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you and big appreciate to Phillipe, Silvester, Hadjar and Sidi. You all are amazing people.

The location is wonderful, it is in a great location for those who want to explore the surroundings by walking, like me. Very close to different metro lines, maximum 5 minutes walking! The rooms are small and may be challenging for two people, but they are clean. You don't need to choose breakfast option because I don't think they serve something to eat. But all day coffee service is good! + It is not difficult to put daily a bottle of water to rooms, there is no hotel slippers. Not everyone has to walk around the room in shoes. In general, it was a good 4 days, but not without problems. Elevator is not working, it is a huge problem- you cannot get in from every floor, you cannot go down from every floor. Narrow stairs and no help with luggage. It is a boutique hotel with 10-15 rooms in total and I have never seen a deskhelp that can easily control who comes in and out. While I was in the room, a man called a technician was able to enter the room with a card entry and he did not think that I was in the room. It is not difficult to keep track of this in such a small hotel, and what technical support is available at 10 am in the morning. Whether the customer is at the hotel or not, the customer in the room should be called. I saw constantly changing faces at the entry for 4 days, which did not feel very comfortable. You can choose this hotel for business trips by alone or if you are going to spend the whole day out like me.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, shower was not as clean as you would hope.

Pro: in Marais - vibrant fun foodie child friendly area with grocery store, backers, near river, parks, metro Staff are fantastic, so friendly, courteous, helpful, and happy!! Cappuccino machine!!! Snacks in afternoon. Comfy beds and very clean!! Black out shades! Affordable in Paris Breakfast served but extra. Cons: a little cramped for us 3 but totally worth it!! Would definitely stay here again!!
