호텔 본 누벨(Hôtel Bonne Nouvelle)

This hotel in Paris is within walking distance to all the local downtown public transit and the main tourist sites, being closest to the Louvre. The room is small compared to hotels in the United States but it was very clean! And smelled nice, for which I was grateful. It was a nice hotel room, no complaints about the room. You had to have just the right touch to get the room key to work, and we were only able to get one room key although we would have liked two keys. The breakfast was typical of a France hotel continental breakfast, it was average. The staff were very nice to us and very helpful and spoke very good English. I would stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 in 3 camere doppie superior al 2 e 4 piano. Camere pulite e confortevoli, letti comodi, biancheria/cuscini di qualità, temperatura perfetta. Cambio asciugamani e pulizia camere giornaliero. Macchinetta caffè Nespresso e tisane a disposizione. Reception h24. Zona comoda agli spostamenti sia in metro che a piedi, nei dintorni su gran boulevards molti locali dove mangiare. Solo una notte (di sabato) abbiamo sentito un pò di schiamazzi in strada, gente che chiacchierava ad alta voce e cantava. Il lavandino un pò piccolo per lavarsi la faccia (ma superabile). Abbiamo avuto un problema con il pagamento (ma non so se per qualche disguido è capitato solo a noi oppure è la prassi): avevamo prenotato direttamente sul sito con opzione pagamento anticipato dell'intero importo delle camere (un mese prima della partenza) pensavamo quindi di pagare in struttura solo la tassa di soggiorno, invece al nostro arrivo ci hanno addebitato nuovamente l'intero importo delle camere più tassa di soggiorno a titolo di deposito di cauzione. Al checkout è stato stornato il primo pagamento fatto. In questo modo però abbiamo dovuto suddividere la disponibilità dell'importo su tutte le carte di credito che avevamo rendendo le carte di fatto inutilizzabili durante il soggiorno per mancanza di disponibilità residua. Se questa è la prassi consiglierei di rivedere la modalità di pagamento, per lo meno nel caso di importi consistenti.

petit établissement atypique ! mais très moderne, Belle décoration, très propre, chambre cosy et très bien équipé ! literie excellente, accueil chaleureux et trais professionnel , personnel a l'écoute ! excellent ! Bon rapport qulité prix et bien situé proche des commerces et de grand lieux (grend Rex et musée grévin ) au top ! j'y retournerai avec plaisir pour mon porchain séjour !

C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir à l'hôtel Bonne Nouvelle, avec un emplacement idéal dans l'hyper centre de Paris, un accueil toujours très chaleureux, et des jolies chambres, simplement aménagées, très bien nettoyées. Je recommande les chambres sous les toits, superbes ! Encore merci pour tout.

La literie et très confortable. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel, j'ai apprécié les petites attention de bienvenue. La cafetière à disposition avec le café est top. Manque d'insonorisation pour les chambres. Le séjour était assez bruyant.

Parfait ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, très propre et les chambres confortables et décorées avec goût. Le personnel de l'hôtel et qui plus est très prévenant, sympathique et disponible : je suis arrivée avant que ma chambre ne soit prête, mais la réception s'est assurée que je puisse y accéder dans les plus brefs délais. Merci, j'ai passé un très bon séjour et le renouvellerai sans hésiter !

Really friendly staff! We booked last minute and there was someone available at concierge late night! Elevator was really tiny, but that to be expected from Paris. Lovely experience!

Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, nice welcome and help with directions. Didn't have breakfast, found a local cafe instead. Taxi to airport arrived even earlier than booked and charges are clearly displayed in the foyer. This is a small hotel on a quiet street a few minutes walk from two Metros - the Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg St Denis so right in the heart of the Marais. The tiny lift has barely room for one person and a suitcase! For a solo two night stay, it was perfect though I might have preferred a room overlooking the street rather than mine which opened onto a shaft.

Petit hôtel très proche des Grandes Boulevards et du quartier Montorgueil. Notre chambre était très petite mais bien confortable et super propre. Merci pour les macarons de bienvenue et pour le café! Très belle zone pour visiter Paris à toute heure. Le prix est bon pour Paris, tenant compte de la position.
