Gorgeous location with stunning views, spotless modern family rooms, service level outstanding. Food was lovely, great choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Water park is brilliant fun and again, spotless, well guarded and frequent shuttle up the hill making it stress free. Many Pool areas of which are spotless. Lots of sun beds, day beds and dining areas available. Activities for children running throughout the day with very little impact on the adults only visitors. Don’t bother with the a la carte restaurants as the main restaurant in my opinion is far superior with much appreciated choices of cuisine. Will return as soon as I can, recommend to friends and family & the will remember this holiday fondly as this is a gem of a hotel with lovely staff and high standards across the board.

I have just returned from a week's all inclusive holiday with my husband, 4 year old and 2 friends and what an amazing holiday we had. I don't think I have one complaint about the whole experience. The minute we arrived the reception staff were all incredibly friendly and the gentleman that took us to our room on the buggy was also very informative. Food was fantastic and such a great choice everyday for every meal. Every member of staff we experienced was always so friendly and welcoming. The lady who works in the pool bar the majority of the time gets a special shout out because she was amazing. The Pink Wave team were always so friendly and wanting to get everyone involved, special shout out to Mia where we got our free massage during the Water Gym. Each person on the pink wave team made my little one so happy and welcome he was so upset to come home. Nothing was ever to much for any person we spoke to. We will return to Fodele Beach, it now holds a very special place in our heart. Thank you every single person who made our holiday so special!

Overall, we enjoyed the holiday. We were a party of 6 with a 2yo child and an 11yo child. PROS- The food in the main restaurant is really good. Plenty of choice. The hotel is really clean. The views are fantastic. The water park is really good. Drinks are generally good. Beach and sea are great. The staff are generally helpful. CONS- Access isn't easy. Even with the train, getting around is a bit of a mission. There's steps everywhere. If you've got young children, you need a good pram for bouncing down steps. The main pool area is too cramped, you're never more than 6ft from someone's sunbed. Fine, if you want to relax all day, not good if you've kids. The whole complex is a little cramped because it's on the side of a hill. The food at the other restaurants and bars isn't very good. The Italian a la carte was just a buffet. There's not much choice at the beach or water park, so it's a case of tackling the steps to the main restaurant. Certain drinks like pina colada aren't included in the all-inclusive during the day, but they are at night! That's just odd! There's no bar stacks (nuts/crisps) available. The day before we left, we had all the children's beach/pool toys taken from outside our room. We didn't find anyone using them, so I presume the hotel staff moved/took them. Reception didn't have any knowledge of it! My 11yo daughter also had a purse with 90 euros in it go missing from the room. Yes, it should have been in the safe, but I didn't know she had it. Overall, we enjoyed it, but some things weren't what we expected from a 5 star hotel (even in Europe), so I don't think we'd go back.

Hotel very clean and well-kept. Service very nice. Pool clean and water in the pool perfect for cooling off. Rooms clean and cleaned every day, the only minus - doors between rooms, through which you can hear everything. Food very tasty. Hotel adapted to families with children. If you want to come here and relax in silence, unfortunately you will not experience it here. Warm greetings to Suzi and Maja from pink wave, who devoted their time to us every day and to Poppy from the pool bar, who greeted us every day with her smile and kindness.

We had a fantastic time here. Fodele Beach is a fantastic place for families with many water slides to keep children busy and happy. The food was delicious and very varied, with theme nights like fish night or Asian night. You can eat healthy or enjoy richer dishes, there is something for everyone. The pools are very nice and access to the sandy beach is easy. We definitely recommend Fodele Beach for a fantastic all-inclusive holiday.
