山中央適合度假相對安靜

솔직히 이 호텔 정말 싫어요. 절대 여기 묵으면 안 돼요. 제가 묵어본 호텔 중 최악 중 하나예요. 이름만 들어도 모든 면에서 중간급 에어비앤비 수준이에요. 이 호텔은 300달러면 너무 비싼데, 제 방은 1박에 1,500달러였어요. 어두운 주차장에 들어가야 하는데, 정말 무서웠고, 잘못된 곳에 온 줄 알았어요. 주차도 안 되고 가방도 안 가져가고. 호텔 복도는 어둡고 답답해서 솔직히 무서웠어요. 제가 다녔던 대학 기숙사는 훨씬 좋았어요. 방 가구는 지저분하고 낡았고, 낡아서 보기에도 지저분했어요. 방에서 보이는 "전망"은 정말 최악이었어요. 아래 지붕만 보이는데 큰 나무들이 호수 전망을 가리고 있더라고요. 마을에 있는 어떤 호텔에서든 훨씬 더 좋은 전망을 볼 수 있었을 텐데 말이죠. 방 자체에도 문제가 너무 많아요. 최악은 침대인데, 낡고 불편해서 잠을 제대로 못 잤어요. 베개도 끔찍했고, 담요는 뭉툭하고 역겨웠어요. 세면대와 욕실 조명은 자동이라 밤에 일어나면 이 끔찍한 형광등이 켜지면서 파트너를 깨우고 계속 잠을 못 자게 합니다. 밤에 오른발로 세면대까지 올라가는 계단이 있는데, 정말 위험하고 정신이 나갔어요. 세면대는 금속 손잡이 같은 걸 돌려서 켜지는데, 정말 역겹고 끔찍해요. 룸서비스는 정말 끔찍해요. 첫날밤에 생선, 새우, 채소를 주문했는데 먹을 수도 없었어요. 새우는 마치 아마추어가 생선을 삶아서 소금 위에 올려놓은 것처럼 역겨웠어요. 끔찍한 식사였어요. 제가 먹어본 룸서비스 중 단연 최악이었고 가격도 엄청 비쌌어요. 가장 큰 문제는 위치가 불편하다는 거예요. 좋은 호텔이긴 하지만 시내까지 가는 게 불가능해요. 루가노의 다른 호텔들은 카페, 호수, 공원까지 걸어갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 하지만 The View는 산 속 동굴에 고립된 느낌이라 정말 끔찍했어요. 제가 묵었던 호텔 중 가장 실망스러웠어요. 정말 싫었어요. 세계적인 브랜드인 "소규모 럭셔리 호텔"은 이 호텔을 가능한 한 빨리 철거해야 합니다. 이 호텔은 브랜드의 평판을 손상시키고 있기 때문입니다.

물병은 매일 교체되지 않음, 부러진 구두주걱을 가져갔지만 교체되지 않음, 객실 내 커피 머신용 크림이 없어서 직접 객실로 가져가야 함, 아침 7시부터? 아침 7시 30분에 도착했는데, 8시에 떠날 때쯤 뷔페가 완전히 채워지지 않았음, 조식 포함 1박에 1000CHF (하지만 계란은 20CHF!! (베네딕트 등)) 수영장은 매우 간소하고 스파도 마찬가지임. 하지만 마사지는 최고임, 주차장 직원은 훌륭하지만, 나갈 때 생수 한 병을 제공하면 큰 요구는 아니었을 것 같음. 체크아웃할 때 미니바에서 1병 대신 2병을 가져갔음, 청구서에 적힌 것. 전반적으로 훌륭한 객실과 완벽한 전망에도 불구하고, 그 이상은 안 됨. 5성급 가격에 2성급 서비스

루가노의 뷰 호텔은 아름답고 잘 꾸며져 있습니다. 서비스는 훌륭하고 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 하지만 레지던스는 호텔과 연계되어 있는데, 스튜디오로 홍보되고 있는 호텔은 전혀 다른 문제입니다. 레지던스는 호텔과 아무런 관련이 없으며, 상당히 실망스럽습니다. 우리가 지불한 가격으로는 루가노 중심부에 있는 호수의 진짜 전망을 감상할 수 있는 5성급 호텔 객실을 얻을 수 있었을 것입니다. 솔직히 레지던스는 절대 피해야 합니다.

The View is aptly named. Probably the most stunning view I've ever had at a hotel. The room was very spacious and impecable, just as appears on the website. The hotel breakfast was wonderful, and I've had a lot of them. Be aware, this hotel is about a 35 minute walk from the center of Lugano, which some fail to mention. There's a city bus you can catch that cuts it down to 15 minutes. However, the hotel is situated up a very steep hill, which you have to climb to get to the bus stop. This was ok as we are young and fit, but would be a problem for small children or older adults. Even for us, the climb each day was exhausting and I chose to limit how many times I went back and forth to the hotel because of this. It was also June and close to 90 degrees, so that didn't help. We did not try out the bikes, as I'm not adept enough of a rider to deal with the steep hills so that is something to be aware of too if you're thinking you want to use the available ebikes. All in all, the price was exorbitant, and although the stay was excellent, I probably would not choose this property again due to the climb to get back and forth. Finally, the spa facilities and indoor pool were nice. I think having an outdoor pool would have been even better though.

We would like to say a special thank you to Marina, Gock(?) Davide and Christyna at the front desk. They were very, very helpful arranging or helping us with travel arrangements. The spa was very, very good and all of the facilities at the luxury hotel were extremely good. We were fortunate enough to get upgraded, and the view from our balcony across the lake was spectacular. The mountains, the scenery. Everything was very, very beautiful except for the rain.

Had such a wonderful stay at The View Lugano! Just like it's name, this lux hotel includes fantastic views of Lake Lugano and the town below. Rooms are uniquely designed and spacious. Size of hotel, location and very attentive staff made for a relaxing stay. Highlights include the amazing breakfast buffet and gorgeous pool area. We did not make use of the complimentary electric car but thought that was a terrific bonus considering the property is elevated (like a lot of the area). We definitely plan on returning to the area and look forward to visiting again.

This was simply an excellent stay! The junior suites are incredible with the view of Lugano living up to the name of the hotel. The balcony was spacious and having complimentary breakfast room service was excellent. The staff were so incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful. The complimentary electric Smart cars for getting around town were also an incredible boon.

Nice service but bikes are not allowed for children under 16 employee did laugh at me because i got stuck in rain with no bike power and had to climb Honestly i would laugh too Nice afterral and room service is super good. but they only serve pizzas after 12 pm

Friendly staff and environment. Very clean. Amazing view, the hotel is located on top of the mountain where we can see the lake the city. Very magical especially at night. Food and drink are delicious. Electric cars available to discover the town for free. Rooms and Bathrooms are spacious. Staff speak excellent English French and Italian I would stay again in the view for sure next time.

We had an unforgettable stay at this amazing hotel, celebrating our anniversary and birthday in style. The hotel's intimate size created an ambiance of exclusivity, making us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. The Hotel room provided a beautiful view to Lugano, the hills around and the lake where we found ourselves captivated by the scenery during both sunrises and sunsets. From the moment we stepped inside the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel truly pampered throughout our entire stay. The dinner at the exquisite restaurant was excellent. The spa session added the perfect touch of relaxation, making it an overall perfect getaway.

It’s one of my best and favorite places. The location is grate, view is fantastic. Service and staff are excellent. Food also is great. Value for money worth it. We had great time and enjoyed all the facilities.

The Hotel is situated in the middle of Paradiso Park, south of Logano, with a splendid view of the town and Lake Lugano. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and lighting management system, etc. The restaurants consist of a brasserie and a Michelin-level restaurant, which are handled by a service-minded and professional staff. The reception works fine and handles all our requests for boat trips, hiking, trains, and use of electric cars (Smart)/bikes that are a part of the hotel amenities without a separate charge. There is a big garage for cars beneath the hotel, which came in very handy upon our arrival from southern Frace as northern Italy suffered its worst hailstorm in centuries. We were very happy about the spa section, which we used several times.

Very clean, friendly and a nice atmosphere and surroundings. And the View ( the real view) is amazing, you understand why the gave it that name when you seen it. I’ve been there both during winter, spring and summer, and it’s always amazing.
