We had a warm welcome. The Kings is ideally situated close to the beach and some good restaurants. A short drive to the old town, which is well worth a visit and also not too far from the King's Avenue shopping centre. The apartment itself is 'no frills' but has everything you'd need, a good size balcony, it's a decent place to relax after a good day out and about in Paphos.

Stayed here for a hens party over the long weekend.We were a group of 12 and honestly had the best time ever considering our stay was short. Staff went out of their way to please us!and arranged clean linen and towels when requested. We didnt mind there was no breakfast as we found perfect eateries nearby and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony over looking the pool. Ritsa and Nikos were the best hosts we could have asked for. Thank you!!

Can't rate this place highly enough- spacious, clean apartments with all facilities. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic location metres from Tombs of the Kings and tavernas, yet peaceful location. Ritsa and Nikos are amazing hosts and always on hand for help and advice, they make youfeel like family. Will definitely return. 10/10.

Everything we needed was in the room, nice gardens, didn't use the pool but it looked good. location was great, near to the entrance for the Tombs of the King's. Bus stop nearby to get to Coral Bay or to the Harbour. A few of the local bars and restaurants were closed due to the time of year.

Fully equipped with all facilities in the apartment in a perfect condition! Spotlessly cleaned! It was our third staying the last two months. My one year old son enjoyed a perfectly clean place! The hosts Mrs Ritsa & Mr. Nicos are personally welcoming us every time! Many thanks to them personally and their team for an excellent hospitality service!

My family and I felt at home, Nikos is very kind and was a precious help on how to move around the island. The only flaw is the uncomfortable sofa bed but otherwise everything is ok! thank you very much and kisses from Italy

Absolutely amazing!! Had a wonderful stay. Would 100% recommend. The apartment has everything you could ask for including your own washing machine. So clean and well equipped. The owners Ritsa and Nicos were so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely come again.

The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and clean. The location is great, it’s quiet, close to the beach and numerous cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes away. The owners are friendly and ready to help. I recommend these apartments :)

Excellent apartment, clean and tidy,and spacious for a studio with a large balcony. A very nice welcome from Ritsa and Nikos, very helpful with information about restaurants and bus services in the Pathos area. Nikos even arranged a taxi for Pathos airport when we were leaving. Would highly recommend The Kings Holiday Apartments, and would stay there again when next visiting Cyprus.
