Avanti Holiday Village

We booked Avanti Village for our 1st ever holiday to Paphos & we couldn't have booked a more perfect place. We went self catering, the apartment was very spacious with a fabulous big balcony and it looked out to the pool area. It had everything we needed and the most comfortable bed/pillows. Avanti Village is really central with lots of bars/ restaurants very close by and just a short walk to the main road for catching the bus to the harbour. We couldn't fault anything about this fabulous holiday and can't thank all the staff enough for their friendliness and hospitality. Avanti Village we will most certainly be back.

Fantastic hotel for families. Pool is great, not deep, lots of sunloungers. Great paddling area for small ones. Pool bar and dining area staff were super friendly. Prices are reasonable. The apartments are modern and clean, good aircon. More than satisfactory if self catering. Loacation is quite far from main attractions however the bus is easy to catch at Tea for Two cafe into Paphos areas. The Fiesta restaurant is fantastic onsite, great food and drinks. More than enough restaurants nearby if not wanting to venture to far. Entertainment at night has much improved this season.

Fantastic stay. Big family rooms with kitchenette area ideal for b&b and self catering although managing to find a supermarket worthy of being called a supermarket is impossible. Pool area being so shallow was great for kids and 50+ free kilos from people kindly donating after their stays was excellent. Lazy river too also good touch. Breakfast 9/10 and never too busy. Ideal tab set up at bars so never have to worry about cash. In fact it’s a cashless hotel which I wish I’d have known about. 2.5 euro a day for the safe annoying but not too bad. Cocktails of the day a nice touch at bars area next to evening entertainment which was also very good for kids (not so much for adults only)

I enjoyed my stay at the Avanti holiday village, which was for 10 days. There are shops and restaurants all nearby. They had many activities during the day, and many people took part, which is brilliant. I got to meet with the manager Zoe, and she gave me any advice I needed. Cyprus is absolutely my favourite country to visit, and when you take the 15 walk to the harbour, it is absolutely bustling with bars and restaurants. This paphos area is not full of nightclubs, which is rather nice because it feels a very relaxing place to be. I will definitely recommend this hotel to visit.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay here, we're planning to book again next year already. We found there's something here for everyone, both relaxing and full of things to do if you struggle to sit still. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious, we can't complain considering we didn't spend a lot of time in it! I am not usually one to join in with activities but i did the aqua gym and stretching everyday, and my partner played a couple of the day time games. All of the entertainers were friendly and encouraging, not pushy at all which some can be. The area surrounding the hotel was great, many bars and restaurants where we would dine most nights. Night time entertainment was great! We really enjoyed the shows and had some lovely conversations with the entertainers. They started every night with mini disco (which we skipped) and then had a main show with live singers and dancers, it was brilliant. We also did a quiz night, which was fun. Would definitely recommend the hotel for families and couples.

The pool area is brilliant, the room is okay, but the evening entertainment is absolutely s__t. There's nothing much more to say. Okay, been told there must be 200 characters in the review. It's still not worth going to this place for your holiday . Don't waste your money if you're looking for an evening of entertainment.
