Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit hotel! Alle services in dit hotel worden met de grootste zorg uitgevoerd. Als er dan al opmerkingen zijn wordt er actief geluisterd en onmiddellijk gepoogd deze te verhelpen. Hoewel dit een groot hotel is, valt dit niet echt op daar er verschillende plakken werden gemaakt waar de gasten kunnen vertoeven. Behalve in het main restaurant kan het heel druk zijn, maar op andere plaatsen is dit goed te doen. Breakfast by the sea is een aanrader. Selectie aan dranken is zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd. Maaltijden zijn zeer smaakvol.

정말 조심하세요!  고객을 속이고 모든 관광객을 격하시켜 지불한 것보다 낮은 객실을 할당하여 엄청난 액수를 얻는 것이 이 호텔의 관행입니다. 처음부터 시작해 보겠습니다. 저는 35㎡를 예약했습니다. '패밀리룸 오픈 플랜 측면 바다 전망' 객실, 킹 사이즈 침대(구매한 객실 모델에 인쇄 스크린이 부착되어 있음). 나는 그 장소에 도착했고, 2시간 넘게 기다린 후에 킹 사이즈 침대가 아닌 4개의 막사 침대가 있는 최대 18평방미터의 방을 받았습니다(수신한 방 사진이 첨부되어 있습니다). 우리는 계약한 방에 숙박을 요청했지만 그들은 우리가 계약한 방과 '동등한' 방을 받았다는 이유로 이를 거부했습니다.  두 시간이 넘는 긴 토론이 이어졌고 그들은 우리가 지불한 만큼 받았다고 우리를 설득하려고 했습니다. 그들의 동기는 예약 사이트의 이미지는 정보 제공일 뿐이며 사진에서 정확한 객실을 받는 것이 필수는 아니라는 점이었습니다. 그들의 버전에 따라 나는 그리스 수학에 따르면 35제곱미터(받은 방의 ~18제곱미터보다 ~350유로 더 많은 금액을 지불함) = 18제곱미터인지 물었고, 이 순간에야 그들은 그들이 할 수 있다는 것을 깨달았습니다. 우리를 속이지 말라고 그들은 우리에게 바다 전망 객실로 "무료 업그레이드"를 제공할 것이라고 말했습니다. 나는 업그레이드가 필요하지 않다고 말했지만 처음부터 2525유로를 지불할 수 있었던 방이 아니라 7박에 2875유로를 지불한 방을 할당받고 싶습니다. 그들이 할당한 사이트에 따라 정확하게 사이트에 접속합니다. 우리는 우리가 지불한 방을 구하지 못했고 약 25평방미터의 방으로 옮겨졌습니다. 그 방의 바다 전망은 실제로 언덕 너머로 바다의 작은 부분을 부분적으로 볼 수 있었습니다. 그런데 이 방은 홈페이지에 'Sea-View'로 기재되어 있었습니다. 접수된 방은 어땠나요?  악몽! 입구 문이 아침, 점심, 저녁 식사 공간으로 바로 연결되는 방, 수영장 가장자리에 위치한 공간, 첫 번째 가족이 깨어나고 아이들이 비명을 지르기 시작한 06:00에 지옥 같은 소음이 시작되었습니다(돈 오해하지 마세요. 우리도 아이와 함께 여행했지만 감독 없이 비명을 지르기 위해 아이를 수영장에 혼자 두지 않았습니다.) 그리고 마지막 사람들이 술을 다 마칠 때인 오전 1시에 끝납니다. 바가 문을 닫기 전 12시에 주문했습니다. 이 방에서 어떻게 잠을 잘 수 있을지 상상해 보세요. 방의 질에 관해서는 오래된 가구(아마도 2004년에 호텔이 문을 연 이후)와 중고, 판지로 만든 듯한 현관문 등을 말하는 것은 의미가 없습니다. 주관적이기를 원하지 않습니다. 서비스에 대한 몇 마디: - 식사: 아침, 점심, 저녁 모두 매일 똑같은 형편없는 음식이 제공됩니다.  tzatziki를 제외하고는 전통적인 그리스어는 없습니다. 유일한 해산물은 빠에야에 나오는 것인데, 식사가 나온 후 처음 30분 안에 끝났습니다. 나중에 도착했다면,

Terrible communication from the front of house team really started our week off on a sour note. We were greeted at reception by the staff and our bags loaded onto the buggies that take you to the room. The room however was the issue. Having booked a family twin room (separate bedroom for the kids) we were taken to an open plan single room. The staff members who took us to the room insisted we left our bags in the wrong room while we go to reception to sort the error (obviously knowing what was to come). The customer care manager then informed us they knew that we were in the wrong room as there had been an error with their system….but instead of telling us this on arrival they just left us to it, probably hoping we’d just accept it. We were moved the next day, after having to repack, to a twin room, but still not the one we booked. The hotel offered two free days in the indoor pool to make up for it… This hotel is very loud in the rooms, if your kids are light sleepers then avoid it. The cleaning staff are t very thorough, they only do the basics. Our youngest cut her foot on glass by the pool, due to poor cleaning. The life guards are constantly pointless, they sit staring at there phone. The food is good, a lot of choice at each meal. There are better hotels for less money on this coast line.

We had a fantastic week at Marine Palace (two adults and a 10-year-old) The hotel and the grounds are beautiful, the staff are so nice. Nothing is too much. Checkin is relaxed and efficient, rooms are bright and clean. Food is ample, lots of choice at all meal times. We highly recommend the Asian restaurant - you have one complimentary a la carte booking, and the Marin Bay Club was outstanding. It’s Poolside, all beautifully lit. The food here was delicious, and the staff made the whole experience feel really special. The hotel staff also delivered a surprise birthday cake to our room. We hadn’t told them of our celebrations, it was just their attention to detail. Such a lovely touch. We spent lots of time at the water park, where the staff are so friendly and brilliant with the kids. The adventure area (for smaller children) felt cold in the water, but we mostly used the big slides, which were brilliant fun and the water temperature was much better. Regards sunbeds, we personally welcome the fact that staff give a 30min warning before removing towels. People going off to lunch for an hour or so at a time, those beds can then be used by someone else. And we never really struggled to find a bed, though we only ever used one. We also reused our beach towels every day. You are given them in your room at the start of the week. We just left them out to dry on the balcony and used again the next day. No need to get new ones every day. There’s a good variety of entertainment in a mini amphitheater every evening, the acrobats and Brazilian dancers were particularly good! If I could offer one tiny tip to the hotel, it would be to put felt pads underneath the furniture. If you’re in a ground floor apartment, the sound of scraping furniture on the tiled floor can be quite loud. But that’s really the only thing you could fault. Overall we had a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend Marine Palace hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall really enjoyable stay with two young children (4 and 6). Friendly check-in, you sit down and they come round so don’t have to stand around queuing. You can fill out form online in advance to save time. I liked the layout of the hotel, it was very quick to get everywhere. We got lucky with our room, family bungalow (521) which was ideally located in the middle. Very spacious and lots of storage, very clean, good shower. Main problem with the layout was the kids beds were next to the front door then main bedroom down a corridor, which worried me with young children. Food was great, lots of choice in main buffet all different cuisines. You only get one a La carte per week and there isn’t much availability. We did Captains House which is a local restaurant about 10 mins walk into the village, nice to see and go outside the hotel, you get a voucher from the hotel to cover a set menu. The Taverna nearer the beach is quieter than main buffet for breakfast and lunch. Pool bar good for kids basic lunches (burgers, nuggets etc), crepes and ice cream all day. We used the middle pool which was perfect depth for kids. Could always get sunbeds but they do throw towels off too quickly, we just went for lunch and lost the beds. Small private beach is a nice to have with plenty of sunbeds. We only visited the aqua park for 5 mins because the water pouring down was freezing so my young kids wouldn’t even try a slide. I appreciated the amount to do for the kids. There is a decent playground, indoor playroom for 0-3 years, outside play equipment, bouncy castle every night. Mini disco was standard and kids club seemed ok, they had themed days (there are a few kids clubs and the tui one is only for German tui guests). The evening shows were ok fairly basic and repetitive.

I found there wonderful souls ready every time to help you to make you happy and improve your stay there. We met a charismatic person named Eleni who made our meals like home. She was very attentive to our needs, each morning waiting with hot coffee and clean table. She is a very nice person and made our holiday like in heaven.
