This hotel is disgusting. Stains on furniture, TV didn’t work, missing lock on sliding door and front desk clerk with a major attitude. I want a refund! There is no way this should be acceptable.

The minute I walked in the room I knew making a reservation there was a bad idea!! The carpet was pieced together and all frayed. There were huge stains on the carpet and furniture. The toilet set was plastic and PEALING. I have never seen a toilet seat peal!! One of the beds dipped so bad in the middle. I was so grossed out I couldn’t find myself laying my head on one of these beds! Needless to say I checked out right away and found a clean place to stay. Thanks but no thanks!!

You get what you pay for apparently. The toilet seat was broken and completely fell off. When we woke up to check out we couldn’t find an employee anywhere for about an hour. Definitely will not be back and do not recommend.

This place needs an elevator for the seniors. All seniors need a room on the first floor, since there is no elevator. That is all I have to say. The breakfast was alright. The banana and yogurt was good.

Nice, clean and pretty well maintained for one of the lowest priced hotels in Batesville PLUS a dog show was in town bringing in 1000 visitors for the weekend so we were lucky to get a room. Breakfast and breakfast staff, both wonderful. I am a 100% disabled veteran so I did get a small discount PLUS the clerks young grandson carried my bags, showed me where my room and dining rooms were (I have stayed 5/6 times before so I actually knew where the dining room was but he was so happy to be helpful I didn’t tell him I knew). Great breakfast and the woman who works the dining room is so kind, helpful and always smiling.

We reserved a non-smoking King room. When we got to the room, the smell of smoke was strong even with our masks still on. I requested a different room and was moved promptly. The next room was clean and acceptable, except that the refrigerator didn't work. I called and went to the front desk about the problem but no one was there. All the doors are unlocked and the card reader was hanging from the wall on the door we used. To their credit they serve an excellent breakfast to take back to your room. We will probably choose another hotel on the return trip.
