The location was perfect. BUT, at check in, I noticed the person seemed to be extremely young- as if he was a kid. Then after FINALLY finding our room, my son used the toilet and it clogged with very minimal paper. It flooded the entire bathroom. I called for a plunger, towels and cleaning products in which after waiting 45 minutes for finally decided to go to the nearest DG and purchase my own stuff. When I called down to the desk to ask them what the hold up was, I was told “nobody has been there yet?” So I said not to worry and I’ll get the situation handled myself. The room was DISGUSTING. Black mold everywhere. There was a wig in one of the drawers to the dresser. Pulling the sheets back there was all different types of “hair bunnies”. The hot tub did not work. The pool and spa both were dirty, and had black mold. I was on the first floor- was given no direction on how to locate the room- when darkness hit, there was very limited lighting and had an extremely eerie feeling. Would not recommend, especially if staying with children. If you ask me, the whole place really needs to be shut down.

I never got to check in and they never refunded me or gave me a credit

They lost our reservation or they gave it away. We were put into a room that was decorated from the 1990s. There were roaches. They only gave us one towel and two wash rags. The carpet had lumps and needed to be pulled up. Most of the outlets didn’t work. There was rust all in the kitchen on the vents and around the stove. The room was right next to the pool which seem to stay open and running until one or two in the morning when it supposed to close at 10. There is no elevator whatsoever and the stairs are so small that it’s hard to walk up and down them. The parking good luck with that because there is none. Pictures can be deceiving because I got nothing what looked to be by the pictures. The young guy that checked me in was very very nice and apologetic and try to give me a better room since they gave one away but there was no rooms. And for the price that we paid it should’ve been a five star hotel room. I would never ever ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Black mold, outdated everything, full size beds… it was terrible!

We were hit with an additional $77 at checking, and the lady was rude and condescending. Everything else was perfect and we had an amazing stay at a beachfront hotel room that was clean and comfortable.

This is by far the worst hotel that I have ever seen... we checked in and went to our room. there were black streaks on the covers and the towels had spots on them. we went to check out the pool and hot tub the pool has a milky looking film in the corners of it the hot tub had dirt and mold in it and it would not even turn on...there were cigarette buds in a pile around the picnic tables and there was about three vapes just randomly laying around the pool deck and no one was in the pool..we were not even there an hour so we pack our stuff up and cancelled our reservation and went to the days inn. I have stayed at a lot of Wyndham properties and I just can't believe that they would allow there name to be on a hotel that is this nasty...I wish I had taken pictures .

Old property and service is not good. It was hard to get up with someone at the front desk and one day I stood in line for awhile just to tell them the tv would not come on. There was another employee there but would not help. Also had to check in at another hotel not sure why but there was just a note on the door. This place needs cleaning and a lot of TLC. Only thing good was the location and the view.

Old. Smelly. Falling apart rooms and hotel. Dirty everything. Stay somewhere else. Stay away from this place.

Horrible!! Don't waste your time or money. I booked a year prior for the air show. King suite Verified say before arrival and day of arrival but was put in nasty 2 double room. Non apologetic. No refund. Only 4 or 5 not clear tv channels, dirty carpet, patio door broken, no ice machine working on property. Disgusting is an understatement. Staff very condescending and rude.
