Close your eyes and book this hotel you will be very very happy!! Wonderful staff right all around who will give a homely vibe, with care and attention!! Taj heritage is really lucky to have such amazing people working for them!! Rahul in the larajna BF restaurant was a wonderful soul who took care of us extremely well Love this restaurant and great respect to Taj for accomodating all our requests!! Will come back to Goa only for staying at the heritage

The experience right from check in to check out is one to be experienced.. it’s just fantastic. Every staff member is extremely courteous and respectful. I cannot think of a single issue with our stay. Most importantly we felt safe and again a true five star experience!

The hospitality, location, rooms and the amenities in Taj Cidade de Goa are excellent. We were given a beach facing room with direct access to the beach and swimming pool. The entire staff is very courteous and their body language is very friendly and elegant. We were made to feel special and the entire experience has been mesmerising. Extremely helpful staff, delicious food and services will make us visit the property again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious Five Star Hotel, and I must say, it truly lived up to its name. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Everything is fabulous. I wish to visit again and again.

Beautiful beach property with goan and Portuguese feel n vibe ..it is one of Taj's finest. Amazing staff ..totally loved the hospitality..every staff member is genuine kind and attentive ..loved Balraj's sweet gesture of decorating the room and sending cake All by himself on our Anniversary is the sweetest. Santosh ji's braiding stall with lots of local jewellery was a regular attraction for me ..hence the 3 braids I got here while my kid and husband enjoyed the gorgeous pool.the food is fab too goan prawn curry and grilled lobster was just wow!! And the breakfast spread was vast with special section for kids . especially Gopal's Cidade special cocktail was to die for by the pool. With sooo ***y out door activities I m sooo lukin forward for visiting here super soon.

Great time staying at Taj cidade goa.. breakfast and lunch menu are vast and yummy! The guitarist, Ashley was wonderful at breakfast buffet.playing music. hope to see him next time too…his music made the breakfast time more enjoyable!!!

It was truly a memorable experience and stay at Taj Cidade De Goa Heritage. Starting from the Airport Pickup to stay and Airport Drop, it has been a wonderful episode at Taj Cidade De Goa Heritage - smooth, hassle-free and most importantly a Beautiful Resort! Very safe, secured and at the same time oozing vibes of positivity and warmth! The resort automatically puts a smile on the face and helps to keep aside all worries and anxieties one might be having. Also, glad to be invited and participating in the Cake Mixing Ceremony which was very entertaining. The restaurants are equally beautiful with extremely wonderful staffs starting with Alfama having a very alluring setup, the soothing Cafe Azul by the pool over looking the Arabian Sea, the Barbecue restaurant, Taverna Bar and with the extremely well spread buffet with myriad dishes at the Laranja restaurant - it has been an amazing stay! Naina who received us during Check-In was very courteous and the Live Play by one-*** band Ashley was charming! Also, to mention that we were exceedingly touched by the hand-written Anniversary wishes from Mr. Batra with the beautiful chocolate cake. Having said that, would also like to mention the food has been equally great - the Best being Pomfret Recheado! Hats off to the chef who cooked it. All in all, it has been one of the best stays and would surely recommend as well as come back here just to chill and enjoy the Goan vibes. Kudos to the entire team at Taj Cidade De Goa Heritage! It has been a special one.
