perfect weekend stay!

Mostly good. Difficult for new arrivals, not obvious how to contact the office. Saw several people standing by the gate looking lost. Not enough flat space to put things, no place to write or use computer. Worst was the shower. Looks nice, water was fine, but absolutely nothing to hold on to, and no floor mat. Felt I was in grave danger of falling every time I used it.

Stayed there in November and there was NO HOT WATER. We couldn't take a shower. We contacted the front desk and they were very vague and slow in their response. We arrived late and were exhausted so the last thing we wanted to deal with was a hot water issue that prevent us from washing up and sleeping comfortably. We asked if there was a possibility to move us to another room knowing most of the rooms were empty and they advised they couldn't. They said that the last resort was to go to another hotel and shower there. Just completely unnecessary. The next day they said they had maintenance come while we were out and fixed the issue. But when we got back still no hot water. Finally it was another person at the front desk and that person actually showed up and took him about 30 mins to do something for the hot water to start. The issue with this was that the next day there was no hot water again. It's just frustrating that it takes 2 long days to get hot water during the winter months. While this whole process was going. I was actually the one reaching out for updates. They didn't care enough to let me know the situation. Stayed in room 22. I would avoid this place at all cost. They also didn't provide anything compensation or refunds. Overall horrible customer service. If you want don't want to get the service you need and partial amenities. Definitely stay here.

Lovely stay! Very quiet and peaceful! Hot tub needed a heater but the pool was awesome! Easy walking distance to downtown Palm Springs! Check in was all digital and quirky but it sufficed. The bed was huge and very comfortable! Shower was awesome! All in all a great getaway and would recommend!

Like most of the reviews the “check in” was unique as it was over email and text. The device the gate codes were on was a little confusing at first to use and made more difficult because it was dark and I couldn’t figure out where to push to light the screen up. The grounds were super cute and it’s was joyously quite. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was as pictured. Little bummed the jacuzzi wasn’t hot/working as it was a chilly fall night but I would definitely book there again.

We had a late check-in, office was already closed...the automated process was a bit frustrating, but staff on phone were most helpful - absolutely worth the effort - best hotel we stayed in during long 2 week holiday - SUPER clean

This is the third time coming to this place. It’s super clean and staff is very pleasing .This time, the jacuzzi wasn’t working. We were given a code to go next door to use their jacuzzi. Not convenient. The tv was broken from inside. it only showed half the screen. Staff tried to fix, but only placed a smaller tv in front of broken tv. Not sure what happened this time.

our second year visiting. We love this place but this time our room #19 was not comfortable and out of date. The bed was way to uncomfortable and old, the ceiling fan does not work, the ac unit is cold regardless of temperature setting, the coffee machine doesn’t brew and the umbrella in our patio was broken. Wish there was a grill out by pool area for those rooms without kitchen.

We stayed here before and we were excited to come back. We like that it’s small and comfortable with a nice pool and the sitting areas. However this stay was a bummer. The pool was too hot to go in and the spa was too cold. And both my husband and I got lots of big bites. Not sure if it was from sitting outside or the room. Either way… such a bummer. We ended up cutting our trip short and leaving first thing in the morning.
