Inside the home you will find modern furnishing & decor, open layout, floor-to-ceiling windows & glass doors, 4 flat screen Smart TVs, High Speed Internet Perfect for guests who are working mobile. electric guitar & amplifier, ample seating, dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator w/ ice& water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, an espresso Machine, cooking basics, breakfast bar w/ stools. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO GLASS BY THE POOL. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC OR AMPLIFIED MUSIC ALLOWED -This is not a party house, city noise ordinances STRICTLY ENFORCED. Outdoor music is PROHIBITED in the City of Palm Springs.
