This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit comes with W/D in unit on the patio, an easy to maneuver kitchen, breakfast bar, nice size living/dining room, and great separation of bedroom and bath from the rest of the unit. The pool and spa are community areas so please abide by posted rules. Palm Springs has a "Good Neighbor Policy" that all guest have to be familiar with. We will send you a copy upon booking. Guest have to be at least 25 years of age to rent.
