THE SPACE You can enjoy the real Florida life style at this spacious Lakefront luxury house, with a large size in-ground pool, a hot tub, a fire pit and an impressive backyard space, with a full of recent upgrades. Notes: Enhance your stay with a pool heated (heating up to 85°F), available for an additional $35 per day upon advance request. By booking the House you agree that if the police are called to the House for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation Security To help secure The House, and for you and your guest’s security, the front yard , parking areas contain security cameras.
