Great place
Everything was exactly as described. Well taken care of condo. We were comfortable and close to everything. We were there for Stagecoach, only 20 min from day parking. Very clean, outdoor patio and quality sheets and towels. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

The perfect base
We stayed at this location for Coachella 2025 and it was the perfect base. The room is located within a private community. Stand out features for us were:- The room cooled down nicely during the very hot weekend. - The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed.- The room was very conveniently located next to several grocery stores and restaurants as well as shuttle stops for the festival.- The bathroom was nicely designed and well stocked as wellWould highly recommend!

Perfect Get-Away
Property is as described. Quiet, close to El Paseo and restaurants. If you like racquet sports, this is the place for you.

Perfect for our needs
Clean and comfortable and it had everything that we needed. The location was fantastic. The pool is great. The communication was great as well. We had a tiny issue that Steve made right within minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a quiet studio that is perfect for one or 2 people. The kitchen has everything and it is quiet, clean and spacious with a lovely outside sitting area.
